Good at first but poor grass that is a problem to this day due to lack of real topsoil. Would not respond to repeated phone calls.

Mark made promises that just were not kept. We were a new construction lot. Mark had his crew (I think it's his brother) landscape the yard and in doing so created a low spot, that the neighbors water flows into. Soon as the grass started to grow, I called Mark and told him -- "we have a problem; it looks like water is collecting in the yard". Well after many many phone calls and him coming out trying to talk around this issue -- I am still stuck with this low spot that just collects water. Now I am going to pay someone else to fix an issue his company created.

I probably spent more than I should have because the plants didn't grow properly. They did come to replace one, but I'm not sure if it's their fault or mine. They also did not respond to my calls.

I actually had them make 2 deliveries. The first time they delivered they had to change our agreed upon time and date so I had to pay with a credit card and was not home when they delivered, which worked out okay. Second delivery the driver got lost and was late.

This was the second time we've used them for major landscaping. We also have them come out for seasonal maintenance. We will continue to use them. We have been very happy with their work. We get compliments on their work and design. They follow up with, guarantee their work and make sure you are satisfied. They are professional, always working hard to get the job done and clean up well after themselves.

Good experience. Delivered topsoil same day I called without any problems. Driver was courteous and professional. He even went out of his way to dump the topsoil in two different locations and exactly where we wanted it. I have ordered topsoil/mulch from Englert in the past and they have always been responsive, quick to deliver and helpful in choosing the correct types of mulch/soil.

TOPSOIL WAS GOOD QUALITY, CLEAN, AND WELL SCREENED. CALLED IN THE MORNING AND TOPSOIL WAS DELIVERED THE SAME DAY. THEY COMPROMISED ON THE DELIVERY FEE SINCE IT WAS GOING TO TWO ADDRESSES CLOSE TO ONE ANOTHER. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND DRIVER WAS FRIENDLY. I THINK I EVEN RECEIVED MORE THAN 4 CUBIC YARDS. DRIVER SAID THEY OFTEN LOAD AN EXTRA 1/2 YARD JUST TO BE SURE IT WAS AN ACCURATE MEASURE. OVERALL, GOOD EXPERIENCE. I WILL BE CONTACTING THEM NEXT SPRING FOR MORE TOPSOIL AND MULCH. PRICE WAS EXCELLENT, AND COULDN'T BELIEVE SAME DAY DELIVERY.
