Excellent, timely, professional. We needed a tree removed from a tight spot, in between a fence on one side and newly planted trees and flowers on the other. Elevated removed the tree without damage to any of the surrounding foliage or fence. Work was done on time with full clean up. And the price was 1/2 some of the other quotes we received. Finally, I should mention that when Alex came to do estimate he noticed a tree on street—which my car was parked under—with a large limb barely hanging on after the recent June 13 storm. I hadn’t seen it and regularly parked there. He grabbed a saw and took the limb off right then and there—gratis. I’m sure he saved my car. How great is that. Highly recommend.

We contacted Alex, owner of Elevated Tree Care, in August about cutting down a big oak tree. After reaching an agreeable cost, we were sent an electronic quote that required our approval, which we provided. Part of the arrangement was to wait until winter when the tree would be dry and free of leaves. Alex and crew arrived December 7th to start the job – which was to take 2 days. Before beginning, Alex informed us that, after seeing the tree again, his quote was too low. He upped his quote another few hundred dollars. This was at least his third time seeing the tree. I expressed my disappointment but agreed with the new quote as we really wanted the tree removed. This was the second contract we agreed upon. After removing a few limbs, Alex knocked on the door again to inform us that he was not going to remove the tree because he didn’t think it should be cut down. He packed up and left.

Professional, timely, price fit my budget and will definitely be using them in the future.
