+ -1 moreTHE COMPANY WAS PROMPT AND COURTEOUS IN SENDING MR. MATT LITTLE TO EVALUATE THE PROBLEM. HE SUGGESTED THAT I WAIT FOR MY NEIGHBOR TO FIX THEIR SPRING BEFORE FIXING MY LEAKING BASEMENT. OUR NEIGHBOR ASKED FOR AN EVALUATION AND ESTIMATE, BUT I WAS TOLD THAT HE NEVER PRODUCED AN ESTIMATE. WHEN I WANTED CLARIFICATION ON A FEW POINTS BEFORE STARTING WORK, IRRESPECTIVE OF MY NEIGHBOR, I WAS NEVER ABLE TO REACH MR. LITTLE AGAIN. DESPITE NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS, SEVERAL E-MAILS, AND FINALLY, MAILING COPIES OF ALL MY E-MAILS TO HIM WITH THE REQUEST THAT HE CONTACT ME. HE NEVER RESPONDED. THE NET EFFECT IS THAT THE COMPANY SEEMS TO HAVE LOST MORE THAN ONE JOB. IN ADDITION TO MINE AND POSSIBLY MY NEIGHBORS, A GOOD FRIEND WAS INTERESTED IN HAVING EICHEBNLAUB DO SOME WORK FOR HIM. BUT, AFTER HEARING OF MY EXPERIENCE, DECIDED TO LOOK ELSEWHERE.
Description of Work: PROPOSED REGRADING YARD AND ADDING DRAINAGE TO FIX A LEAKING BASEMENT. ESTIMATE FOR $3,700.00
