Our refrigerator stopped working and most local repair service companies couldn’t come for a week or more. I put my info into Angi and Jose at Efficiency Appliances contacted me instantly. He arrived in less than 24 hours. He was very friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem in less than five minutes. It needed a board replaced. He order the part and kept me informed every step of the way. The part arrived the next day and he came and installed it as soon as he received it. Again he was quick and had it installed and running in under 10 minutes. His price was very reasonable compared to other companies too. Efficiently is the perfect name for his business because that’s what he is. I will call him anytime I need an appliance repair. So thankful I found him on Angi.

At first he was nice, he gave me the quote, he ordered the part and got back to me, he supposedly replaced and he said the machine would not leak again but the washer still leaking, I did called him after memorial day but he never came back.

José came to hook up my gas dryer. Was quick to reach out to me when I submitted my request. He was polite, courteous and on time. He did the job excellent and was very reasonably priced. 10/10 will hire again next time I need appliance work.

Jose responded quickly and came to diagnose the next day. He professionally explained the problem and immediately ordered the compressor replacement. When the part did not come on the day it was expected, which was a Friday, Jose said he would come on the weekend as soon as the part came in. He came Saturday morning, just after receiving the part and quickly got our fridge working again. He was knowledgeable, professional and flexible. He seemed to empathize with the inconvenience of not having a working fridge. I would highly recommend Jose!

Jose did an outstanding job of diagnosing the problem(s) and making the repairs. He made 3 trips to my house. I thought the fee was quite reasonable, and the quality of work was terrific. I would definitely call Jose for other appliance repairs.
