Description of Work: I was having a problem with my thermostat and it would not click on. Changed batteries and still would not turn on. Called for apt and gentleman came, looked at battery and turned them around (which I did myself also) and the thermostate turned on. It still charged me the full fee even thou he only played with the batteries which I put in. I was hoping since he basically did nothing, would discount the cost - he did not. NO compansion at all. I don't think I will use them again or recommend them. Very disappointed.

Description of Work: I have an agreement with Economy Heating & Air Conditioning. This Spring they came and did my air conditioning to make sure it was functioning.

+ -1 moreA/C unit is not part of the heating system. The air handler is in the attic, which is not easy to access, as the house is split level. The old air handler was quite large, but amazingly (to me), they removed it without any damage to the inside of the house, and replaced it with another large unit. I was impressed. The air handler was the tough part of the job; the outside and inside work proceeded at the same time, such that everything was done within a few days, with no disruption to the family.I was very pleased with the work. The guys were great.
Description of Work: Central air conditioning was completely replaced, which involved removing old air handler from attic and installing a replacement, and removing/replacing oudoor condensor unit.
