Vince transformed a dilapidated structure into a warm and inviting home. I’ve shared the before and after photos with folks and people are shocked at his miraculous work. He is thoughtful, attentive, listens to the customer, and a joy to work with! I can’t say enough good things.

The Rihn family have done work for us and for friends over the years and the quality of their work has always been top notch. Vince Rihn is prompt, courteous and careful about keeping dust and dirt confined to the work area. He is also creative in finding practical solutions to problems that often come up in any construction project in an older structure. In our case, he saved us a good bit of time and money compared to the way another contractor wanted to do the repair work. We could not be happier with his work.

I called Vince and told him what I wanted to do. We set an appointment time for him to come to look. He showed up on time ready to work. He explained what he felt would be the best. I agreed to the price, even though it was higher than other quotes I received. I know from having hired Vince that even though his prices are higher, the higher price is then reflected back by the quality of the work performed. They began the work measuring the spaces, in this caes a full kitchen remodel. I've had Vince work several projects for me over the years, and his father Ed worked for my mother 25 years ago. Demo took the whole day. Cabinets were not just ripped down, but actually removed so they could be placed elsewhere. Another company made the Corian countertop from Vince's measurements. As it fit together glue was used, but likely was not necessary. The cuts were made to tolerances of less than 1/32 inches. Caulking was placed to fill gaps, but the gaps are so small the caulking is almost impossible to see. Sliding the stove into place was tricky, but Vince and his helped were unfazed. They pushed each appliance into spaces made just barely big enough to accomodate them I even tried to drop a paper clip down the side of the stove, but the countertop was so precisely right on that a paper clip would not fit in the way. Vince, his dad (may he rest in peace) and their crews are 100% top notch. They know their jobs, the permits needed and what is necessary for minimal delay. They do the work quickly but with attention to detail. Their whole business seems centered around getting the job done right with absolutely minimum tolerances for error. What little work that needs subbed out is always subbed to contractors of equaI have had them work at every house I have lived in over the last 25+ years. Professionals who clean up after the days's work. I know I will hire them again and again.
