 + -1 moreHe is a very nice person, but he had no follow through and when it became apparent that their were problems, he stopped showing up. I was willing to let him repair it. He did do some of the repairs, but he then billed me again, which I didn't think was fair.
Description of Work: He was to finish the basement into a usable space.
