It could not have gone better. Dino and his team were pleasant, patient, professional and reliable. The windows were ready for installation SOONER than estimated. The full installation could have been done in one day if I had removed the window AC units in five windows before they arrived. The installers were terrific, very careful about plants and other material around the outside of the house. The installed storms/screens look fabulous. The head of the installation crew made sure we knew all about handling the windows. Again, the crew was friendly, courteous and quick! All done for a very fair price. I only wish that we had done this year's ago!

My boyfriend and I were extremely pleased with Dun-Rite, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and product. We had to replace the original 1953 aluminum windows that were in our house. We had gotten proposals from multiple different companies to see what was available and get an idea of pricing. Dun-Rite had the best pricing and quality for our needs. Dino was very responsive throughout the entire process. We requested that the installers be from Dun-Rite instead of subcontractors. John and John were the two installers, and they were fantastic. All 11 windows were installed within 2 days. They were both so personable and respectful while in our home - and very tolerant of our friendly but "nosey" German Shepherd. They did a wonderful job of cleaning everything up once the job was completed. I also have to mention that Dino was very responsive following a small issue discovered after installation. We have marble slabs for window sills that had come with the house, and we wanted to keep those with the new windows. When the installation occurred, there were very small cracks that formed interiorly under the marble sills, simply due to movement/removal of the old windows. He was very kind in having John and John stop by and apply silicone sealing at each of the locations. We are so very pleased with the level of service and professionalism that Dun-Rite exhibited. Our house looks YEARS younger with the new windows. All of our neighbors have asked about the windows and are shocked at the superior quality of the windows considering the very affordable price we paid. Thank you Dun-Rite for making this process so easy for us!

I very much recommend Dun-Rite Window and Door based on my experience. Dino, the owner, was very responsive to my needs of having to have some fogged window panels replaced prior to placing a house on the market. He went out of his way to provide an estimate quickly and then accelerated the actual replacement date from his original estimate.

One of my casement windows was broken, so I called to get a quote. When I told the person who answered the phone that it was the glass on a double-pane casement window from 1940, he said, "those are single pane". Um, I think it know my own windows, and they are definitely double pane. I told him they were definitely double pane, and he said, "we would be able to do that." What kind of glass company can't replace a pane of glass?

First, we have to state that Dino and his company Dunrite had installed doors for us a few years ago and the process was incredible so when we needed new windows we asked if his window guys were as detailed as the door installers and he guaranteed us they were! Well, he was right on! The entire process from the quote to the installation was seamless. John and John, the window installers were terrific and professional in everything they said and did. The work was completed in 2 days and when they left, you would never have even known they were here. They work in a method that keeps things flowing and they are a super team. They were polite, efficient and cleaned up everything when they were done. The windows are great quality and look terrific. Without hesitation, we would use Dunrite again and refer them to others. It is nice to have a company that can be counted on to do a professional job. And, we got our Angie's list discount too!

After deciding to replace our windows we went through the normal process of meeting with various installers... a very painful process. Endless presentations and gimmicks like putting a plate of glass on the floor and then standing on it. And this all culminates in an insult to your intelligence when it comes to pricing. You start with some ridiculous number which magically comes down for a multitude of reasons only to end up with a number that is supposedly only good for 24 hours. This is NOT the case for Dun-Rite. It just so happened that I spoke with Dino from Dun-Rite after meeting several other installers. After meeting with him there was no reason to meet with anyone else. No nonsense pricing that wasn't contingent on anything. My wife and I then went to his showroom conveniently located in Sharpsburg to see full size samples and pick out the window that made the most sense for us. Everything came in at estimate, including the lead time for the install date as well the duration of the install. The crew were Dun-Rite employees and very courteous, professional and clean! No mess at all! Its like they were never there.

Dino the owner is great to deal with. The guys that came to do the work were friendly, and hard working. Tom who did the doors was very particular, he and his guys did a wonderful job. They replace all the trim, not just the doors. It's made a difference in keeping the house warm, now that we have doors in the basement that actually fit and close. I paid nothing until the work was done which is unusual these dayI have already recommended them to two friends. I couldn't be happier with their work!

Some minor issues that were resolved in a timely manner. Installation crew was very helpful, professional and cleaned up all material inside and out. Minor issue was with the window manufacturers interior trim work not fully covering the upper side frame channels. ( aesthetics only ). Installer made a separate visit in order to replace with longer trim. Overall the sales and installers were very accommodating.

They were great. Very prompt and consistent with communication. Clear and consistent with how much and how long job would take. They scheduled us in within 6 weeks of our original call. The entire job took only 2 days and was quite reasonable. They were friendly, did quality work, and cleaned up well after. We would definitely recommend them to others.

We are very happy with the quality of the windows and the workers who installed them. They were professional, polite and caring to do the job right. Our home is 125 years old and a lot of the windows would get drafty in the winter. Temps got below 30 last night and we hardly noticed. The windows are already paying off and they look great. We definitely recommend Dun-Rite.

Few weeks ago, Mr. Trasatti (Dino) came and took measurements. I was expecting that the whole windows would needed to be replaced because another company had told me so. Dino said he could replace just the glass for half the cost. His two-men crew did an excellent job. they were meticulously clean, vacuuming frequently. They even vacuumed and tidied my deck before leaving. Now I have brand new high-definition glass on my bedroom and kitchen windows. I highly recommend Dun-Rite Window&Door.

They came in and took the measurements and gave a quote. Then came in to install. The work was done very professionally and within 20 mins. Great job.

I've used this company three times, and I really like this company for several reasons. The first reason is Dino. He is dependable, punctual, honest, and a very nice person. The second reason is the windows. They use good windows; you can't get their windows in a big-box store like HD or Lowes. And third reason is their prices. For this last job, I priced three companies, Home Depot, a local company, and Dun Rite. Dino beat all three (and with better-quality windows than HD). Our windows look great, and our house is so much quieter.

Dino ( owner) came to our house to take measurements. 3 days later we had the quote. The price was a little high, but one of the doors was going to take a lot of extra work. Also all the doors were going to be custom built and painted. Since they had nothing but good reviews we decided to go with them. Dino's guys came out and re - took the measurements and walked us through what they were going to do. We made our deposit and waited about a month for the doors to be built. Dino's crew came back out ( he doesnt use contractors) when the doors were ready. They prepared the area so that there would be minimum dust and kept the work area clean at all times. They replaced the difficult door the first day and the other 2 the next day. Everyone was professional from the first visit to the final clean up. I highly recommend Dun-Rite. High quality products, reasonable prices, and professional staff.

Dun-Right was on time for both the estimate and installation. Both individuals were professional and knowledgeable. Installation went smoothly. The installer cleaned up after himself and took all of the removed items with him. I am extremely happy with the end result and would definitely use this company again.

!!Wonderful experience!! The installation was done with great care and attention to detail. I was very impressed with the entire process and the professionalism of the installers. They cleaned up everything so well, that you would not know they had been here. The door is gorgeous - the finish matches my wood interior doors so well and looks like a wood door-- and I love love love the glass panel! Besides the improvement in appearance of the new door, I love how solid it feels shutting it, and the knowledge that is is a very secure door. Even though initially I was hesitant at the price for the door, I am extremely happy that I went with quality Provia door from Dun-Rite. I was warned when I called for the estimate about the cost for quality. After 3 estimates, I compared the cost for lower quality doors vs the cost for the Provia, to the construction and reputation, and felt that the higher cost was well worth it for the quality and security. (and the failing door was a mid-line door from one of the big box stores) I did not want to do this again in 10 years. I really feel that the quality was well worth the extra cost! I would highly recommend Dun-Rite --- and the Provia textured steel door.

We had one window replaced last year by DunRite with great success so finally were able to get the other 8 windows replaced. Phil and his assistant came and did the work together. They were efficient, worked well together and cleaned everything up very well. The windows look pretty good for basement windows. We are happy with them. We also asked for an estimate for some other odd windows that we have upstairs and it took a while to get the quote, but we did finally get it. Will probably go with DunRite again.

We are very happy with the new windows Dun- Rite installed for us. The mechanics did and excellent job. They were very efficient and they cleaned and vacuumed when they finished up. We would definitely recommend Dun-Rite!

EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! We are thoroughly pleased with their work. We regret that we only had 3 windows done in the basement. Sometime, hopefully this year, we will have the company do the rest of the basement windows. During that time period we had other contractors doing various jobs. Not pleased with too many of them. Dun Rite Windows was a "breath of fresh air". Not one single problem or complaint. Extremely pleased. Dino and his workers were very nice to deal with. Our windows in the family room were quite cloudy and now they look new. Any time that we have any trouble with windows, wouldn't even consider calling another company. We highly recommend this company. They are top notch. When he gave us the price, we offered to put some money down and he said that was not necessary, just pay when the job is completed. I knew then that they would be good. You will not be disappointed with them. I wish the other so called professionals we had hired back in the fall of 2013 were half as good as DunRite. Back in November of 2013 I even called Dino and thanked him personally for the wonderful job he did for us. I often remarked to my husband "DunRite did everything right."

He returned several phone calls and was very responsive. i would recommend this company and use them again. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to and his responsiveness was just great. He definitely knows windows!
