It went very well. They did a good job as far as I can tell. They came in and did the job and left. I would recommend them to other people. They do use a high quality door.

I was very pleased with the service from my first call requesting an estimate, to the final day of intstallation. Again, I recommend this firm to anyone who is looking for window pane replacement.

The storm door is beautiful and the install flawless. Screen door was sticking and after one adjustment that did not satisfy me, within 2 weeks had a new screen door that is perfect. If I ever replace windows, they will definitely get first shot at the business.

The owner, Dino, promptly returned my call within a couple of days. He came and gave me an estimate, which was competitive. The workmen were courteous and on time. They answered all of my questions and did a nice job. The quality of the product is as he stated. They cleaned up when they were done and I have no complaints.

I was very satisfied. The quality of the work was excellent. They were nice young fellows and they did the job very promptly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone.

The whole experience was a good one. Dino came over and measured our windows and gave us an accurate estimate. He made sure that the windows we picked matched the outside of the house as well as the interior rooms. On the day of installation, everything went very smoothly, with the crew being very quiet and courteous.

Their price was significantly lower than other companies who wanted $20,000. Dino was great, his installers were nice, and they did a good job. Work took four days, which was expected. They cleaned up each day and left no mess. Overall we are very pleased and will recommend them to others. The windows look great.

I was very impressed that Dunrite did not try to sell me expensive new windows, but instead was honest and forthright about the fact that they just needed to be repaired. They did an excellent job and finished in timely manner. They really know windows!

They gave us the best price out of 4 estimates. The two workers arrived on time and were friendly and quiet. While one of the windows we ordered opened the wrong direction from what we had requested, Dino gave us $100 off the price of the window (we elected to keep it rather than wait 3-4 weeks for the right window to arrive.) He had told us the work would take 2-3 days; it actually took 4 and 1/2 days, but it is an old house and there were some unexpected complexities. The windows and doors look great -- we are very pleased with the final product. My only complaint is that in removing old windows they busted out a lot of glass, some of which ended up in my backyard (despite their having put down drop-cloths). I was not aware they would be removing windows this way and would have liked some warning, since I am still picking up little pieces of glass out of my backyard. Next time, I'll know to ask about that! Overall, they did a nice job and I would hire them again.

I called first and left a message. They got back to me same day and I had an estimate within a week. I paid 1/3 of the estimate and they got back to me some time later to tell me they were going to install the window that day. It all went very smoothly, and the storm window looks great (that is, it is not too noticeable). I am very happy with the result and the price seemed very reasonable.

Great. The new windows were put in on a mutually agreed upon timeline. The person who came out was courteous and cleaned up afterwards. It seemed like a deal.

I had an estimate for about 24 windows. The estimate was rescheduled once. Six of the windows are very high and the person doing the estimate wasn't sure about how to do them and said he'd have to get back to me. He didn't really measure any windows like most of the other window companies did. He just looked at them and counted them. I never heard anything back so I never got a price. I think they just didn't know how to do it or didn't care.

No one from company returned my calls. It's been over 3 weeks.

The entire experience was excellent. Dino came to my home and provided me with an estimate. Once I decided to use his company, he came back and obtained the final measurements. He knew that I was very anxious to obtain the basement door(for safety reasons)and he had this door installed ASAP. The Window and storm door installation were performed by his contracted team, Tom and Sandy(they've worked for him for a number of years). They were great. The caulking and installation changed the entire look of my home. They cleaned up after themselves and I felt very comfortable leaving them in my home, while I was at work.

GOOD CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. BECAUSE I HAD A SMALL ORDER, THEY COMPLETED THE WORK IN SIX DAYS. THE WINDOWS ARE ON THE GROUND FLOOR, SO I INSTALLED THE STORM WINDOWS MYSELF. THEY WOULD HAVE DONE THE INSTALLATION FOR A SMALL FEE. THEY WERE EASY TO INSTALL; THEY TOLD ME HOW TO DO IT. THE KEY IS TO MEASURE CORRECTLY WHEN YOU ORDER THE WINDOWS OR HAVE THEM MEASURE THE WINDOW OPENINGS. THEIR PRICE WAS ABOUT THE SAME AS ORDERING THROUGH THE BIG CHAINS. I WOULD RATHER DO BUSINESS WITH A LOCAL BUSINESS.

DINO WAS HELPFUL AND PROMPT. GAVE ME SOME IDEAS ON WHAT TO DO WITH AN ODD SHAPED WINDOW THAT WAS TOO EXPENSIVE TO REDO SO IT WOULD OPEN. LOCAL COMPANY, BASED IN SHARPSBURG, WAS HIT BY FLOOD BUT CLEANED UP AND KEPT WORKING.

WE OWN AN ORIGINAL VICTORIAN HOME. DINO DID AN EXCELLENT JOB MAKING INSIDE STORM WINDOWS. THIS ALLOWED US TO TAKE AWAY THE OLD OUTSIDE STORM WINDOWS, AND TO EXPOSE THE BEAUTY OF THE WOODEN FRAMES.
