 + -1 moreAfter putting me off for a week, Jim finally came to my house. But then delayed doing the work for another few days. Finally he ended up not returning any of my calls or messages. I would not waste your time with Jim. He plays games.

 + 0 moreHe called me with an estimate, but then he was suppose to come one day about a month ago. He said he had to order a part and that he was going to call me in two weeks, but he never did. I have not heard from him. I think he was just putting me off because he never followed through. The fact that he never got back to me speaks volumes. I think the price of the estimate was reasonable.
Description of Work: He called about an estimate for a back-splash grout and back-splash of my sink. He also quoted on a jimmy on my door that had a gap where air was coming in.

 + 1 moreIt went great. Found some glitches in my electric when he was up there which held up the process by a couple of weeks until he could reschedule.
Description of Work: Removed the ridge vent on the house, replaced the shingles, installed a fan on the roof and humidistat in the attic to prevent mold.
