He was quick to respond with a quote. In a reasonable time, his crew showed up on scene and methodically and skillfully trimmed the trees. The crew was courteous and professional and were careful around the other landscape. Cleaned it up as if no one was there! Would hire again in a heartbeat.

Doug was prompt in responding to our request for an estimate and he was very easy to work with. He quoted us a time when he could complete the job but indicated that he may be able to do it sooner. They have bargain prices. I got a good deal, and they planted the trees with no problem as scheduled. It was a good experience. They made an appointment and were here.

Great. Doug returned my call promptly. Did estimate same day and left quote in front door. Did good work in a reasonable time. Was very clean, did what he said he would. Even added the 3 pine trees at the last minute over the phone. Stumps ground to the ground.

The best estimate I have had in years. The tree removal itself was superb. The first initial job was excellent. Very skilled. No waited motions. Especially the bucket man. The second time they came out a one man crew came and the clean up was not to the standard I expected.

MY PHONE CALL WAS RETURNED THE SAME DAY, AND THE ESTIMATOR CAME OVER TWO DAYS LATER. THE DAY OF THE ACTUAL WORK WAS POSTPONED (FROM THURSDAY TO MONDAY THE NEXT WEEK), AND I WAS NOTIFIED ABOUT THE CHANGE IN ADVANCE. THE WORK WAS DONE IN LESS THAN AN HOUR, ALTHOUGH IT WAS DIFFICULT TO GET THE MACHINE FOR THE STUMP REMOVAL UP AND DOWN A SLOPE. THOROUGH CLEANUP AFTERWARDS. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE.
