Description of Work: My refrigerator stopped working. I went to the local big box store, and they told me the soonest they could deliver a refrigerator in the size I needed was in 2 weeks. I called Dormont Appliance, which I relied on when I owned a 3-apartment building. They were able to deliver the same refrigerator from their showroom floor the next day. From the warehouse it would have taken only 2 days more.

Description of Work: EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF. TOOK ALL THE TIME I NEEDED ON THE PHONE, VERY WILLING TO PROVIDE RECOMMENDATIONS, NEVER MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS INCONVENIENCING THEM. PRICE QUOTED FOR THE WASHING MACHINE I NEEDED WAS SLIGHTLY BELOW THAT OF MAJOR CHAIN, INCLUDED FREE INSTALLATION AND ONLY A SMALL FEE TO REMOVE THE OLD WASHER. I FOUND THE SAME WASHER FOR $100 LESS AT ANOTHER STORE SO PURCHASED FROM THAT STORE INSTEAD, BUT WAS VERY THANKFUL FOR DORMONT'S WILLINGNESS TO HELP, FAIR PRICES AND PROFESSIONALISM. THE EXPERIENCE MADE ME LIKELY TO PURCHASE FROM THEM IN THE FUTURE.

LATER I MISSED THE DEADLINE FOR A REBATE OF $100. WHEN MY HUSBAND WENT DOWN TO TALK WITH BILL, HE WAS ABLE TO HAVE AN EXTENSION OF THE DEADLINE.
