It went very well. This is the second time Diamond has done work for me and I'm just as happy with this job as I was the last. They are very professional and perform high quality work. I will definitely call them again for other jobs.

It went as planned and promised. I have no regrets for having hired Diamond. Rich and Doug, as well as their workers and/or selected subcontractors, are the ultimate professionals.....always happy, kind, friendly, skilled, and professional. They always answer your calls, answer your questions, show up on time, protect the areas of your home in which they are not working, clean up after themselves, and do beautiful, meticulous work. There is no doubt in my mind that their work beautifying, modernizing, and upgrading our home over the years paid dividends when we decided to sell our home. It was on the market for all of four days when it sold at our asking price. We directly attribute that to their excellent work. Five out of five stars for these guys!

It went great. Diamond Construction was able to create a custom bench based on an idea my family had. They showed up on time, and the owner was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. The finished product turned out beautifully.

The Deck Replacement was great! Done in a timely manner and the job was done professionally. Employees were kind and respectful always on time.

This is my second review for Diamond Construction. The workmanship is spectacular on both decks, . It doesnt get any better than this. such perfection. Thankyou so much Rich and Doug.

Communication was clear and concise-contractor called me each day to let me know if they would be there that day. There were delays due to weather and manufacturer problems, neither of which were under the control of the contractor. These delays were communicated clearly and expedited as much as humanly possible. I greatly appreciated the concern they had with materials and the fact that they returned some composite boards to the manufacturer that they deemed unacceptable. It felt as if they were taking the same pride in their work for my house that they would for their own house. I have had a problem with birds nesting under my deck and they were able to be creative and construct a plan to thwart them. They also were clear about giving me options with pricing for each. I would be more than happy to use them again should the need arise.

After completing a basement remodel with Diamond Construction in December 2017 and being impressed with the exceptional quality of work and attention to detail, I rehired the company to complete a full kitchen remodel in early 2018. Based on a high level of trust and rapport with Rich and Doug, I remotely communicated requirements and materials for the entire duration of the project, only arriving onsite at the end for final review and payment. Before working with Diamond’s team in 2017, I never envisioned a scenario in which I could effectively direct a major remodel from across the country. For a full kitchen demo and remodel, this was absolutely ideal as it’s certainly a challenge to co-exist in a house without an operational kitchen for any length of time. Beyond the outstanding professionalism and trust reiterated in virtually every review, extreme responsiveness to resolving problems and effort to accommodate customer’s schedule cannot be overstated. As cost is also an important component of any project, obtaining good value is key (especially for engineers), and Diamond delivers. Overall, I am extremely happy with the full kitchen upgrade, and again highly recommend Diamond Construction for any remodeling project!

We hired Diamond in the past to finish a basement for us and they did a wonderful job. Next to that basement was an ugly unfinished laundry room as well as an outdated bathroom. They created a small hallway separating the bathroom from the laundry room by installing a doorway between them. They finished them with new flooring, drywalling, unique plastering design and painted. All the finishing from the wall trim to the new lighting fit our needs perfectly. They installed a new vanity, toilet and new walk in shower unit along with some accessories of our choosing like the mirror, vanity lights and towel rack. We were kept informed the whole way of the process from start to finish. Any time we wanted to change/add/remove a detail, Rich and Doug were able to accommodate all of our needs. The Laundry room ceiling was sprayed black so that all the cables, pipes and wires were invisible. We really love the look of our now finished laundry & bathroom and would recommend them to anyone. The best part about their service is that they allow you to customize it to your needs whether you want them to pick something up for you or save a few dollars and get it yourself. They are very flexible with your schedule and I trust them 100%. I'm looking forward to future projects with them!

Rich, Doug and their crew were great to work with on this project. They checked in with me about all relevant information and made sure we were always on the same page. I wouldn't work with anyone else. They do a fantastic job and are very reasonable!

I recently contracted Diamond Construction to finish a full basement project on my daughters new home. I had a modular set on an 8 foot poured concrete foundation. There was so much involved with all the framing, insulation, drywall, plastering, suspended ceiling, flooring, doors, powder room, trim, bulkheads, setting a complete set of steps, and railings. This company is truly awesome. The professionalism is like no other. The workmanship is superb. Many of my ideas were changed due to their expertise. which worked out for the better. From the first nail in a 2x4 to the last piece of trim this room took on a whole new look. Just can't say enough about the quality of work that was done. A rear deck will be placed on the rear of this home in the spring. I have already contracted Diamond Construction to install it. A truly happy customer.

Overall remodel experience from start to finish was outstanding. Level of detail provided in the initial visit/estimate greatly exceeded that of other highly rated contractors. Communication with Rich was excellent throughout all phases of the project, especially during work preparation stages when various trades required site access to confirm measurement and planning details. For construction projects of this complexity, efficient execution to an aggressive schedule requires a great deal of timing and coordination with sub-contractors, and Diamond excelled in this area as well. Doug effectively managed daily work activities on-site in addition to meticulously completing detailed tasks. From framing and mechanical rough-ins to drywall, drop-ceiling, flooring, and finish work, all activities were essentially continuous with almost no downtime. Diamond’s workforce, including all subcontractors, were extremely courteous and professional - additionally, daily clean-up was outstanding. At the end of the day, the project was completed on schedule and within expected budget (no surprises due to extensive planning and extreme attention to detail). Feedback from those who have seen the new living space has been one of amazement - basement transformation is absolutely astounding. I would highly recommend Diamond Construction and plan to hire them again for my next remodel project.

Superb. Part may be due to good fortune, but everything clicked into place in getting the drawings, permit, materials and sub-contractors. Diamond was flexible enough to take advantage and get the necessary work done as people and materials became available. There were no problem areas during construction, and the results were perfect. Diamond was very helpful in choosing the materials, colors and finish, and made sure we understood what we were getting.

Excellent consulting and service. Rich was the best at helping us and consulting with us. Would hire him in a second because he was honest and very helpful. You won't find a nicer, more genuine guy.

We are thrilled to have our first floor level again. We will use Diamond Construction for any additional future work that we may need and will recommend them without hesitation!!! It only took two days to complete the work. They were professional and courteous. The price we paid was fair and reasonable. And they cleaned up after the job was done leaving our home in the same conditon they found it. We are more then satisfied with the work!

The job was completed within the time time projected. Tear out and rebuild was done with upmost care. The carpeting and walking areas were covered with plastic. The workers were neat, polite, repected our needs and top notch. Talk about an "AWE" moment after the job was completed! Spectacular!!!! Extremely pleased with all that was accomplished.

It was a pleasure working with Rich and Doug. They are professional to the last detail. They created a plan for the bathroom when it first looked like there was no space available to enlarge it. It turned out perfectly. Doug and his plumber also successfully overcame some unexpected tough problems that were revealed when the laundry room floor was opened up. That space too is great. They were always in close contact with us, easy to reach, and seemed happy to discuss and explain in detail every question we asked. In the past we've paid less for projects, but what a difference when you hire a company like Diamond. No regrets!

Diamond construction did a great job remodeling our basement into a home theater room. From scratch, they tore out the old wall paneling and framed a new wall using 2 by 4's and insulated the concrete block. They installed drywall with a knockdown finish, added electrical outlets and switches, installed track lighting as well as recessed lights, put in a new black drop ceiling insulated with sound deadening fiberglass, reworked the duck work, carpeted the steps and framed the sides of my open ended stairway. In addition to that they installed a window, a sliding barn door, framed a steel I beam and put post wrap around a support beam. They were always punctual showing up exactly when they said they would and keeping me informed of the progress they were making as well as any changes. They would work with my schedule as well allowing me extra time to complete some of my own task like painting and hanging cabinets. Also we had a superior floating floor put in that has a great wood texture to it and is extremely durable. Anytime we chose to add a little more into the project they were very understanding and very reasonable on their pricing. They allowed us to pick out a lot of our own additions and they would install them for us as well as us trusting them decorative purchases. They did a wonderful job and our home theater looks fantastic even without furniture. Our basement is so warm and cozy and we have received tons of complements about it. Both owners Rich and Doug are very honest men with integrity, NEVER once did I feel taken advantage of or cheated. Thank you guys!!

Wonderfully! Diamond Construction may cost more than some other bids but they have been the most responsible, detail-oriented, professional and pleasant contractors I have ever worked with. I don't even get competing bids anymore when I need work done, because I am confident that Diamond Construction will do it right, and will do it well. I have no reservations in giving them my highest recommendations.
