+ 0 moreHorrible. Understanding we had rain the first week they were to start after waiting two weeks to even begin. It was approximately a 3-4 day job which took around 3 weeks. I have cared for this deck for 20 years. I was shocked when I looked at their paint work. They did not prep or sand the deck. All they did was spray paint over the chipping paint, which makes the new paint just lift up. Their craftsmanship is shoddy at best. It has to be completely redone and I just don't know how I will swing that now. I will attach pictures. Then when I went to write a review, they deleted me. So their 5 star rating is not true if they are blocking clients like me.

+ -1 moreSam and his crew did a great job painting my deck last summer. I love the color and we no longer get splinters if we walk on it barefoot. They were careful not to get paint on the house at all and they cleaned everything up when they were finished. 5 Stars!

+ -1 moreCame for the estimate on time. Explained the process and price. On the day for the cleaning, he called ahead of time. Came when he said he would and completed the cleaning. Came back as scheduled to apply the Behr Premium Semi-Transparent Wood Stain that we had chosen. We found Ron and excellent, completely open and honest person to work with.
Description of Work: Provided fixed price estimate. Called to confirm appointment. Cleaned and stained our decks. The main deck is 16' x 20'. Wood stairs run to a 12' x 9' lower deck. Longer stair run from the lower deck to the lower level of the lot. Heavy wood rails line the decks and stairs. Cleaned all surfaces with a pressure wash one day. Applied stain two days later. Two days after that, he came to review the work and do touch ups.
