Contacted to get an estimate for replacing central AC unit. Arrived at my home within a day or two - provided me an immediate estimate for three different replacement options with fair prices. I called them back a week later to schedule the installation and they scheduled me for an installation a few days after that. Installation was efficient and appears to be of good quality. I think the installers were only at my home for about 5 hours, so I was happy with that. System is COLD and we're comfortable.

The folks at Day & Night are great. I was provided with clear estimates of 3 options for replacing my furnace. It was 2 weeks between deciding upon a furnace and installation, which is what I was told to expect. The staff communicated with me each step of the process and were able to schedule pre-installation measurements around my work schedule. The team arrived promptly on the day of install, were professional and courteous, and finished by 3:30 p.m. They cleaned up everything and it was as if they were never there - except for this neat and tidy new furnace and duct work left behind.

Day n Night installed the old boiler 20 years ago. We had minimal problems with it until it died. They were prompt, did exactly what they said they would do and were done in less than a day. I am very pleased with their service and would not hesitate to call them for service.

I have used day and night twice to fix furnaces and I was very happy with them. They were prompt, friendly, and professional, and the price was reasonable for what they did. They replaced a small 80 percent efficiency furnace for me, and fixed a larger one within only 1 or 2 days from when I called them. On the larger furnace they thought the blower was faulty but when that did not fix the problem they came back the next day after I called without complaint and fixed a loose wire within the thermostat, which solved the issue. Awesome customer service!!!

Dave from Day and Night Heating & Air Conditioning was very prompt. If you have a problem he comes out right away. He was very courteous and I've used him in the past. I will absolutely use him again in the future.

Great. He showed me how to safely clean an old electrostatic air cleaner on the heater. He was very nice and helpful.

I have used this company for quite a few years for all my heating and a/c work, plus regular maintenance twice a year. I have always been pleased with the service, and I think the price is very good. I am happy to continue supporting Day & Night, and have recommended them to friends on a number of occasions.

They are outstanding in every respect -- professional, courteous, responsive, fairly priced, and do quality work. When something mysterious happens (heat won't go off in one case, or come on in another) they quickly find just the right solution and do not fabricate fancy fixes that they could charge more for. I trust them completely.

The very first unit they installed for me was for my mother and father. My mother came home from the hospital one day and needed Air Conditioning due to a lung disease, I called Dave from Day N night in the middle of a hectic August. He came the same day and started the work that very night. Came back the next morning and continued the work until it was finished. It was top notch and very appreciated. Ten furnaces later, he is still our hero and the work is top notch.

Two men came from Day & Night Heating & A/C for the installation. They were very prompt and neat. They did clean up very well. I was pleased with the way they were very careful of my property and didn't make a mess or track dirt into my house.

Very good experience. They are very responsive to questions and were willing to show me how to do some work on my own to save money in the future.

IT SEEMED LIKE IT WAS GOING TO BE A DIFFICULT JOB, BUT DAVE WAS GREAT, AND MADE THE JOB MUCH EASIER. HE WAS ALWAYS VERY PROMPT AND WOULD ANSWER QUESTIONS AND MAKE SUGGESTIONS THAT WERE HELPFUL. HE CLEANS UP SO WELL YOU WOULD NEVER EVEN KNOW HE WAS THERE, VERY CLEAN. HE IS A VERY NICE PERSON TO WORK WITH, VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AND NEVER MAKES YOU FEEL STUPID.

DAVE IS SOMEONE WHO GETS NO SLEEP, ON CALL 24/7, YET HE IS ALWAYS POLITE, ON TIME AND FRIENDLY.

WE CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT DAY & NIGHT. THEY ARE SO PLEASANT TO WORK WITH, ESPECIALLY THEIR HEAD MAN, DAVE. THEY ARE EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL. I PUT A B FOR 'RESPONSIVENESS' SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY CAN'T ALWAYS COME OUT QUICKLY AT CERTAIN KEY TIMES OF THE YEAR (FIRST BIG COLD, FIRST BIG HEAT) SO YOU MIGHT HAVE TO WAIT A WHILE THEN. BUT THEY'RE WORTH WAITING FOR. AS THEIR NAME SUGGESTS THEY'RE A 24-HOUR SERVICE WHICH CAN BE VERY USEFUL.

DAVE WAS ON TIME AND HIS WORK, AS USUAL, WAS GREAT. HE IS ALWAYS PUNCTUAL.
