Description of Work: They are listed for appliance repair but when I called, I was told that they only repair appliances that were purchased there with an extended service policy! This listing should be removed under repairs.

Description of Work: Our refrigerator door wasn't closing all the way and we had a lot of moisture accumulating. I called Daniels about the problem and was told their technician would call me. I received a call the same day and the repair man set an appointment to come and look at the refrigerator. He ordered a new gasket and called us when it came in a few days later. We set another appointment for him to come and install it and he arrived on time and fixed the problem. We were very pleased.

Description of Work: EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF. APPLIANCE SALESPERSON WAS WITH A CUSTOMER WHEN I CALLED BUT STATED THAT HE DID NOT WANT TO RUSH IN MAKING SURE HE HAD THE EXACT MODEL OF WASHING MACHINE I NEEDED, SO TOOK DOWN MY PHONE NUMBER AND SURPRISED ME BY RETURNING THE CALL WITHIN 20 MINUTES. QUOTED $100 LESS THAN ANOTHER APPLIANCE STORE FOR THE SAME MODEL, FREE INSTALLATION WITH ONLY A SMALL FEE TO REMOVE THE OLD WASHER, AND WE COULD HAVE IT INSTALLED WITHIN JUST A COUPLE OF DAYS. I MADE THE PURCHASE OVER THE PHONE. WITHIN 15 MINUTES HE CALLED BACK TO APOLOGIZE, THE WASHER HE THOUGHT HE HAD IN STOCK WAS ALREADY SPOKEN FOR, HE COULD GET ANOTHER BUT IT WOULD BE TWO MORE DAYS. THIS WAS FINE, AND I APPRECIATED HIS PROMPTNESS IN LETTING ME KNOW. INSTALLERS WERE ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL, AND CALLED AND ARRIVED WITHIN THE EXACT WINDOW OF TIME THEY STATED THEY WOULD. WOULD DEFINITELY PURCHASE FROM DANIEL'S AGAIN.

 + -1 moreDANIEL'S IS A GREAT PLACE TO PURCHASE APPLIANCES BECAUSE THEY DO NOT PUT ANY PRESSURE ON YOU AND THE SERVICE IS UNMATCHED. WE COULDN'T BELIEVE THAT EVERYTHING WAS INCLUDED IN THE SALES PRICE, AND I WOULD AND HAVE RECOMMENDED MANY PEOPLE TO VISIT DANIEL'S WHEN THEY LOOK TO PURCHASE AN APPLIANCE.
Description of Work: PURCHASED A DRYER AND THE COMPANY REMOVED THE OLD DRYER, HAULED IT AWAY AND INSTALLED THE NEW DRYER FOR ONE PRICE.

Description of Work: I BOUGHT A STOVE AND AN ABOVE THE STOVE MICROWAVE FROM THEM. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. THEY POINTED OUT SUGGESTIONS THAT I HAD NOT BEEN TOLD AT THE OTHER APPLIANCE DEALERS WE HAD VISITED. THEY DELIVERED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. A MANUAL WAS NOT LEFT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY AND THEY PROMPTLY MAILED ME ONE.
