He was very pleasant. He told when he could come and he came when he said he would.

The overall job went very well. He showed up on time and was flexible in his schedule. He came after traditional business hours and was professional with the tenant’s. He dealt with the long distance land lord situation very well. He was pretty high priced for a simple service.

Dan was responsive, professional, and punctual. Also important he kept us involved in problem-solving long-standing issues in a recently purchased older home; his proposals made sense to us. We will call him again!

He is good as far as having broad abilities to definitely get the work done.

I really liked Dan and was extremely impressed by his knowledge, presentation, and demeanor. I also told him I had some work for him finishing some closets/installing closet systems. He said the size of the job didn't matter, told me he looked forward to doing some work for us (that we were a "nice young couple"), that he would be able to get started in about two weeks, and that he would send a quote. Unfortunately, despite my efforts to hire him, Dan never got back to me. I would still hire him - because he seems like a guy who does exceptional work - if you can get him. Unfortunately for me, he was too busy or just indifferent. My advice - get him to commit in writing if and when he can do a job.

I’ve used him just once. He was excellent. He showed up when he said he would. He gave a very competitive quote and he actually came under budget. So he charged less than he quoted. He did excellent work. The exhaust fan is working perfectly. I would recommend him to everybody. I think the original quote was $900 but he charged $800. I was very happy with that. He got everything right. I will absolutely use his services again in the future.

Never heard back from him re: interest he reported having in meeting to tour a property for work required. Was told I would hear back from him within about an hour and 2 weeks later have never heard back from him.

Went well. he made the repairs and then billed us. The rental house is in Pittsburgh and we live in Florida.

I had to contact Dan a couple times to get the estimate which obviously should have raised red flags. I have no idea of the quality of his work as he didn't show up when scheduled.

He gave a detailed estimate and was informative.

His prices were over the top ridiculous. Men that have been doing it all of their lives, are charging way less per slab.

When I first called Dan for an estimate, he was in the area and made time to come immediatley and lookk over the project. He provided an estimate and we scheduled a date. The day we scheduled for, he called ahead to say he could be late due to traffic. He came on time, but the call was appreciated. He got right to work, laying down a cloth to protect the stove and organizing the tools he'd need. He took his time, working steadily and planning out each step. He also explained what he was doing and why. When he found that we needed some different venting pieces, my husband went to the store and Dan replaced the ceiling fan upstairs. Dan didn't waste time, was very friendly and professional, and obviously knew his trade. We will call him again for other projects and would highly recommend him to others.

Dan responded quickly to the Angie's list request I submitted. He responded via email. We agreed on a site visit for him to look at the work that needed to be done. Dan had several good questions and suggestions that others did not think of. He sent a quote within a week. We scheduled the work and had to reschedule due to our availability. Dan adapted his schedule to ours. He arrived on the morning he said he would and went to work quickly. He finished faster than he predicted. His work was excellent. He cleaned up the kitchen, left everything neat and clean.

I needed someone to install two ceiling light fixtures that my husband and I could not figure out. I left Dan a message and he returned my call a few hours later. He arranged to come to my house in two days. He and his partner arrived promptly and got to work. They hung both fixtures and they look and work great. I will definitely call him again if anything else comes up. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him for a small or large job.

Everything went well. The gentleman was nice, and he did good work.

Dan diagnosed the problems, made recommendations to solve the problems and then did a first class job making the repairs. In the end I was pleased with his work, his costs were fair and reasonable, and he was most professional. Since I manage this property from North Carolina, it is especially important to have the support of someone as responsive and trustworthy as Dan. I am confident that I can call Dan and he will assess any problems and make recommendations that I can rely on. I have used Dan's services several times now and will continue to do so. I recommend Dan without reservation.

I have no complaints. Dan is very friendly and professional. He arrived on time and cleaned up after himself. He did excellent work. I will be using him again to refinish my hardwood floors.

My experience went very well. Dan was responsive via phone and email. His estimate was detailed and included possible repair options. If it becomes necessary to do this work in order to sell my old house, Dan is definitely on my short list of contractors to consider. Personal meeting, price, and response to competition for the job usually determine who I contract to do work.

Dan and his assistant were here on time. After I showed them what I needed, they went right to work and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Tested lights and cleaned up. Since the motion sensor lights couldn't be tested very well during the day, Dan told me to go outside, move around, and call him that night with a report. The lights did not come on as they should. Dan returned in a couple days, made the adjustments, and the lights now work perfectly.

Contacted Dan and he gave me an estimate and probable time frame of when he could perform the work. We agreed on a date and time. Upon arriving home from work I was delighted to find that the job had already been completed as requested. I am a satisfied customer!

Not cheap, but worth it. An absentee landlord's dream. Dan provided an estimate for the work--came in $25 less--and made a good impression on our tenants. With his invoice, he also provided estimates for several other small jobs the tenants brought to his attention, and we've decided to have that work done as well.

Timely, precise, knowledgeable, very reasonably priced and professional. EXCEPTIONAL experience. Highly recommended, will be referring to others.
