I think Jon did a good job. He was friendly and explained what he was doing. We found the source of the problem and have a plan for correcting it completely.

Efficient and capable. Came out to give an estimate in about a week and after estimate accepted, scheduled the work in about another week. Jon did a good job in what I would consider record time. Very satisfied.

After a home inspection there were some minor problems in my electrical panel. CW did a great job of working my small job into their schedule to get it done as soon as possible. Jon was friendly and did a great job. Will happily use them again.

Love working with Dan, Chris, and Shawn. Have hired these guys numerous times to upgrade my main panel, install a new panel in my garage, and to install a whole slew of other lights and receptacles. I believe their pricing is fair and more importantly, their customer service and punctuality have been impeccable. I plan on using CW for all my electrical needs going forward and couldn't be happier with them.

I was given a quote of $169.00 but when they cam it went up to $250.00 then we got what was in my opinion phony deductions that brought it down to $209.00 I wasn’t happy with feeling like price was sprung on me after the fact. But on the positive side the tech was professional looking and we didn’t feel like we would get robbed by gun point or anything. End of the day the did what they said they were going to do but felt they overcharged and took advantage of a situation for the time they were here. The work was solid and they cleaned up so no real hate but get a written estimate before doing any work.

Jon effectively consulted with another contractor to develop an electrical plan that would work for our project. I would readily use this company again.

Good. They could have fixed it with a new ballast but the wife decided that we should just get a whole new light fixture to get rid of the old time one we have that usees 4 long tubular bulbs, so they will come back after we get the new fixture and they gave us a discounted fee for the next time they come out. John from CW was the one who came over and he is a great guy and extremely knowledgeable and he also gave us an estimate on other work we want to have done.

Jon Kemp did the install and he is knowledgeable, efficient, and smart. He has a lot of experience and is professional and informative. He walked us through the new TV options and explained the Sound Bar. I had to have him explain it a few times. He was patient and accomodating. I have used CW several times before and was never disappointed.

Jon arrived early for the appointment and immediately got to work, diagnosing the problem and installing the new fixture.

Awesome. I love working with these guys. From estimate, to scheduling to actually completing the work, these guys are extremely professional, polite and do great work that is affordable. I believe Dave conducted our estimate and was very flexible but also guided me through the right things to consider when making certain decisions because I wasn't sure about certain things. Gave me a quick estimate and assured me that the work order could be changed, (which I did - multiple times bc I added work!) John was the electrician. He was prompt, professional and did excellent work. He also did two extra jobs that I asked for on the spot. He was great. Will absolutely work w these guys again.

This is the second time I have used CW Ekectrical. Jon was this year, Sean came last year. Both were professional,knowledgable,courteous,repairmen. I highly recommend them.
