Deal was $349 for the install, but included a $49.99 cost called (TFSC)? Called and talked to Dan he is a very nice professional and was able to have this done the next day! Impressive, they did have someone in the area already working but still that's a first! Installer Jon was very good and professional and explained everything as he went and after completion (which only took about an hour or so). Only issue is the deal on Angies List says " Offer includes a limited $25,000 protected equipment warranty and a lifetime product replacement (parts) warranty". But not what the warranty they left says, its for $5,000 and only 10 years parts replacement. So I called Dan and explained and he said what the warranty that is on the sheet I was left is the one that is in effect, he wasn't sure why the one on Angies List says the $25,000 and Lifetime warranty on parts and was going to check on it. This may have made a difference in selecting the deal or not, knowing that up front.

Jon arrived on time and was professional. No surprises, pricing was exactly as quoted in advance.

It was determined that my wiring was fine, but I had a faulty fixture. JON suggested the type of fixture to purchase to avoid future trouble. He'll be coming back to install my fixture and repair my dimmer. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and he was great with my dog. Thanks, JON.

We hired CW to do this work at our home after they did a great job on required upgrades at my Mother's house in order to satisfy presale inspection requirements. (They came highly recommended from several friends.) Unfortunately, this current job was performed incorrectly, which resulted from the negligence of one employee. This was totally unexpected due to the excellent communication and obvious integrity exemplified by CW during the previous job. I am happy to say that, after continued and calm negotiation, the discrepancies in the work were clarified and the corrections were performed promptly. Dave and Dan apologized for the mistakes and the resulting stress and made it clear that the offending employee will be retrained to prevent a repeat episode. In conclusion, we realize mistakes occur no matter how hard one works to prevent them. We will confidently hire CW again as a result of the upstanding manner with which they corrected the errors as well as the obvious skill of their employees.

It was good. They were helpfu. They came out a 2nd time to look at it again at no charge because I still had some concerns. They fixed the issue. So far so good!!

Jon (CW electrician) called approx. 15 minutes before arriving promptly at the scheduled time; he checked the breaker box first before moving on to the items at hand. He not only repaired/replaced/checked all work in a timely manner, but also offered first-rate advice regarding future potential electrical issues. He is very professional, courteous, and answered and addressed all questions and concerns in an easy-to-understand manner.

Michael and Joe came, planning to re-wire a circuit. The price was estimated at around $2100. Michael and Joe tested the circuit connections, receptacles and switches. They found the problem and were able to correct it without re-wiring. This saved cutting into the walls and saved me a lot of money. This company employs great, honest people. I recommend them for any electrical work.

John was great - he was speedy and got my fixtures in place as planned.

Jon was prompt, pleasant, and professional and was able to figure out what was causing our lights to smoke. I worried that, owning an older house, that most electricians would jump to needing to rewire the whole thing, but Jon was able to diagnose the problem and help me understand it. He even installed the new fixtures.

He got there at about 8:15, starting with hand digging the trench. He did all the work and pulled out the 40-60 year old post. He explained why he did what he did and was very personable.

Jon was prompt, personable, and took care of everything very nicely. My outlet covers I had just purchased separately were not the precise size needed and he swapped them out with some he already had on his truck at no charge. Would definitely use again. Used $20 Angie's List coupon. Ask for Jon.

Jon did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He replaced the breaker box with a new, upgraded box. He also determined all of the shorts in the bad circuit and repaired them. He did not leave until he was sure that the wiring was repaired completely in the bad circuit. I recommend Jon and CW Electrical Services to anyone needing electrical service.

Micheal and Joe did a great job. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They ran electric line in attic to front porch and installed a front porch lamp and a motion security light and they removed and replaced 2 wall sconces outside. When the job was done looked great they replaced a light switch and face plate and Joe went over the setting for the security light. joe also sent some time setting up the motion light by the garage for us. They both did a great job today. They noticed a few other item that we will need to get done down the road. We would use them again. Prompt professional and knowledgeable

We were very pleased with the electrician who came from C&W. His name was John and he was quite knowledgeable and was tireless in his efforts to figure out the very strange connection problem we were having with our front porch lights & lamppost. It was quite a puzzle, and he figured it out! We were pleased to find out that no walls would have to be drilled through because of the time he took to figure out our problem. John was prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable.

Dave provided me with the initial quote, and he was friendly and very professional. Michael O. did the work, and he was great too. Was on time, very nice, very professional, did a good job explaining the issues to me, and cleaning up afterwards. The job he did with the ceiling fan was not an easy one, and he was able to get it done to allow me to get my handyman in here and finish the job. He was also extremely punctual. He showed up right on time, and finished right in time despite running into some issues that were not of his own making (I have an old house). I would definitely recommend CW, and Michael O. For friends electrical projects. These guys are going on my roster of go to contractors.

C W was great! They were able to give us a quote and come in the next morning to do all the work. We had them install new lights in our ceiling and wire them to a switch. Jon was our electrician and was very friendly/professional. There was a new hire, Mike, with him that day who was great as well. They finished under their expected time, cleaned up after themselves, very professional, and were affordable for their great service. We would definitely use them again.

Jon came out and made quick work of switching 4 older outlets to newer grounded outlets. Will definitely use CW Electrical again.

Not a big job, but not straightforward, either, moving a TV cable in our sunroom, which is an addition and doesn't have standard spacing in the walls next to the original brick wall of the house. Jon stayed with it, got the job done, cleaned up, and was very friendly and easy to work with. Yes, we recommend him and will use him again.

We had Jon come out. He was professional and did a quick job of switching out the light switch. He was great! The only issue we had, was the call center called my husband to ask him to confirm the electrician’s arrival at 10:10. (My husband was at work, and wanted to be there when the electrician arrived). He thought he had to confirm with the company, in order for the electrician to drive out, so when he called the company back, he was on hold for 10 minutes and could not get a person. CW should not ask a client to “confirm.” They should leave messages that say “our electrician’s ETA is..” so it’s clearly stated that they are coming and when. It was nice of Jon to wait a few extra minutes after he finished the job, for my husband to arrive and ask some questions. We would consider them again....

Jon was early, extremely nice and was done quickly. He does quality work. He was very knowledgeable and answered some electrical questions for me as well. I will definitely hire them again!

Jon Kemp was very professional and didn’t make me feel like I was being taken advantage of. As a female I feel like that happens a lot. He was on time and educated me on what he was doing. I will tell him to all our neighbors for sure.

John installed our outlets quickly and professionally, and was careful to run the wires in a clean, organized fashion. The estimate process was pleasant...Dave is a great guy!
