Description of Work: Replaced an old 100 amp fuse panel with a 150 amp circuit breaker panel with dual function breakers, added several new circuits, and surge protection.

Description of Work: Changed doorbell. I told him the one he brought was too quiet. My walls are concrete! He said to give it a try. No one could hear it unless you were in the kitchen with the new bell. NO ONE. I complained and he tried one I bought at the hardware which did not ring loud enough either. I said I found a really loud one at Rolliers Hardware, but He said he would get one and be back in a week. That was two weeks ago. I have not heard from him since.

Description of Work: They replaced my old, out of code panel. They gave me what I found to be a competitive quote for the service provided. They were friendly when scheduling, and the technician arrived on-time the day of the work. The technician worked the whole time he was at my home, and he finished ahead of schedule. I will use them again for future work.

Description of Work: I had a list of items that needed to be completed. Take out non working light in bathroom and replace with new fixture. Replace outside light which was broken. Add a spotlight outside. Fix pendent light in kitchen and check and replace any smoke alarms not working.

Overall, I was very impressed with the people I interacted with. Very professional - they cleaned up well when they were done, and the work was top notch. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Installed a new service entrance cable from the weatherhead to the meter base and from meter base to panel. Installed a copper ground from the new panel to existing grounding rods. Description of Work: I needed electricity restored in my garage. The old cable was buried in the ground and other companies wanted to dig out the cable which would've been too expensive. This company gave me an alternative that was much better and cheaper without having to dig out my back yard. I was very satisfy with their work.

Description of Work: Very disappointed in employee who did the estimate. He knew exactly what I wanted in did not even get close. After discussions on the work he did not order the part needed and sent the electrician without proper knowledge and after he said he would be here with the electrician, he did not show up. I had to settle for what he wanted to provide not what I wanted. I should have not allowed the work to be done at all but decided that 3rd best would have to do. The electrician was good but left hand prints on the ceiling and told me I would need to get it painted. Also cut the wire to my security system. From December 22 to January 1 I was without my system working on the house. Would need a hole in the wall to find the wire and someone to fix the hole and paint my garage. They did offer to consider paying some of the cost but how much who knows. Again I had to settle for a second best, not anywhere close to what was originally in the house just to have the system working. I was not going to tear apart my wall then get it fixed and painted then find out they would not pay for any of the work or even half. I just wanted nothing to do with them and will not ever have them in my house again.
