Initial work done on time and safely. Needed to call back to repair some damage to wall where new panel was installed, but this was done on my first request. Would recommend to others and would have them do work for me again.

It went really well. Had a ceiling heater/light that went out in the bathroom. Called these guys and they came out at my convenience. I was expecting major costly rewiring work (since I installed it myself recently, but they said a wire just came loose and fixed it in seconds!

CW Electrical Services came to my home right away to give me an estimate. The estimate was very fair. They showed up on time on the agreed up on date and performed all work regarding my wiring in a few hours. The technicians were very courtious and professional. Everything was installed exactly as I specified and I'm very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking to have electrical work done.

We had changed insurance companies for our homeowners policy, and during the process discovered we had an electrical box that was dangerous. After reviewing many options we decided CW Electric had the best deal for the required work. When he came out to our house to look at the job, he did not try to sell us a bigger box than we needed. He told us his least expensive offer was the correct one for our needs. We were very pleased there was no attempt to upsell. He also did a full inspection and discovered we had the wrong size cable commining into the house from the outside servcie. He replaced this as part of their standard Angie's List Electrical Box package deal with no hesitation. We were very pleased with the work performed; I had to travel that week and my wife stayed home - she was impressed with his work habits and all the work was completed in the estimated time window. He also worked well with the insurance company and went above and beyond to provide them with the required paperwork they needed. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any electrical needs.

Dan and Chris were very professional and did the job very well. We had to call them again because there was another area next to the area where they did work which somehow developed a similar problem. Chris came and took care of that for which we are grateful because we had never had that problem before.

The experience was great. Their crew was incredibly professional, punctual, tidy and easy to communicate with. I don't know a whole lot about electrical work, but their crew made what they were doing understandable in laymans terms, which was fantastic. When the inspector stated that he trusted that the small fix would be made without him coming back out said A LOT to me about the company. I'm sure that the inspector works with many companies and I am sure that his trust for all isnt the same. Will definitely call them again for work.

Wish we could recoup $150 but when you don't read the fine print you can expect to loose money and services

A home inspector noted some safety related electrical problems in our house. We then contracted with CW Electrical Services to perform upgrades to our 100 amp service and to bring other wiring and receptacles up to current codes. All work was done in one day in a professional manner.

We had a outside light and and outlet inoperative. Because this was not an emergency, I let CW schedule a service call at their leisure. A technician was dispatched in a couple of days and within an hour, the problem was found and resolved. a broken outlet was replaced. Just as important as the technical work was the way the technician (Dave) conducted himself. He was a professional. Period. My wife was home during the work and once done, Dave explained what he found and how he corrected the problem easily and respectfully. I'd call them again in a heartbeat.

The CW installer arrived when they said he would and was very polite and professional throughout the entire time. He did an excellent job and cleaned up afterward. I highly recommend CW Electrical Services to anyone needing electrical work and is looking for a top notch company who will do the job right!

Called for appointment. Scheduled it for two days later. Arrived on time. Diagnosed problem quickly. Replaced switch. Very efficient and friendly.

Great. They were very accommodating about fitting me in prior to Thanksgiving. The person showed up on time, was pleasant, and took time to explain what he did, the product he installed and how to use it. I would use them again.

One of the outlets is a little bit tilted. It was discovered that one of the outlets in the bedroom was not properly anchored behind the wall. My handy man fixed it up because it bothered him. Thought the price for the bedroom was a little steep but that is my fault because I didn't see this when I read the bid. The bid was the most professional of the 3 I got and Dave explained everything well.

They are busy. No longer taking jobs. Called. Was put on hold for 5 minutes. When I asked if they are interested in a kitchen project I'm going to do, the answer was "No, we aren't. Okay? Bye", even without asking what kind of project it is.

They did a great professional job and we are very pleased. Dave, who came out to give the estimate is a really nice person. He gave us very good recommendations and knows his business well. He even fixed the pull cord on our ceiling fan while he was there. I appreciated his help. It was too difficult for me to stand on a ladder to fix it. That was very nice of him.

They were excellent. I would recommend them.

Nothing but fantastic. Very timely with their estiamate and schedule of work performed. Everybody was professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Best of all was the customer service and the steps they took to be sure we were happy, they came out to adjust the lights a second time so the motion sensors were right where we wanted them. Again, nothing but high praise on professionalism, price and customer service. I would not hesitate to call them again when I need electrical work.

Working with CW Electrical Services was a refreshing experience. Dave responded to my request for an estimate, explained in layman's terms what was involved in the work process, and brought paperwork which showed the company's insurance certificates and workmen certifications.

I tried two electrical contractors from Angies List-- one made an appointment and never showed. The second one said he was too busy and would not be able to come until next Spring. On my third try I called CW Electric. They were courteous, friendly and prompt with their service. The electrician came the day after my call. He was courteous, efficient and pleasant.

First class

Dave came to do see the house and put together an estimate. We had the estimate emailed to us in just a few days, as promised. Our house is about 33-35 years old, so some of the work wasn't as straightforward as we hoped but the guys did a good job. They did not fix the holes they needed to make in the walls/ceiling to pull the wires through. However, we didn't ask about it either, til things got going. Ultimately, did a great job and do quality work. The guys are super friendly and did a fantastic job of keeping the doors closed, despite their multiple trips in and out of the house, so that our cats didn't escape. We will definitely use CW for our future electrical needs.

David came out to my house for an estimate on time and appeared very professional, reviewing my needs with great questions. However, that was the last I heard from him. A month later I had to physically reach out to him to receive a quote and even then it was an extremely high quote without any kind of a discount for the lack of follow up on their part. I'm very disappointed and will not include them for this or nor future projects.
