Fine, until the GFCI outlet tripped and could not be reset. I called to get the problem fixed. The warranty should have covered the repairs, but it would be a week or more before the repair could be made. When I said that was unacceptable, because the fish would probably die, I was told that they don't take to being challenged like that and that he would get back to me. It has been 10 days now and I have heard nothing from them. I hired another contractor to do the repairs and am out another $272 on repairs that should have been completed in a timely fashion by CW. They were out in two days for the install, but need over a week for a repair on a warranted item that they installed. Buyer beward of the bogus warranty on their work.

Crew was punctual, respectful and knowledgable. They were able to find a lighting solution for my low ceiling that was attractive and matched the other fixtures.

CW did a great job. They were on time and were very polite. They also did a great job of cleaning up after themselves.

CW Saw my initial review expressing dissatisfaction with not receiving an estimate and contacted me quickly. They apologized for the delay in getting me an estimate and they sent out another estimator within days and got me an estimate within a week. They also called me to follow up on the estimate.

The job went smoothly from start to finish. Dave came out twice to discuss the scope of work fore we hired them. He was super knowledgeable, thoroughly discussed all our options, and patiently answered our many questions. Their bid was slightly lower than another company we considered, but higher than another. We opted to hire CW Electric because of their responsiveness, reasonable price, and because they were recommended by the car company. The work spanned 2 days. The 2-man crew was hard-working and flexible when we had to make a slight change to the scope of work because of an additional wire that needed to be replaced that was overlooked in the original proposal. The guys rolled with it and still completed the job within the estimated time. The only disappointing aspect of the job was that they arrived two hours late the first day because they didn't have the necessary equipment to do the work. We were not informed of the delay and had to call to get an update on their likely arrival time. Once they arrived, though, everything went well. We are pleased with how everything looks and functions so far. We would hire this company again in the future and give them our highest recommendation.

Came for an estimate which was most pleasant and professional. Never heard from them again- more than 5 weeks. Never saw any estimate.

All the work was done very well and the electricians were highly professional.

The people at CW Electric are now my official household electricians. They did a great job working on the nightmare of three daisy chained panels (including the original one from 1925) and merging them into one tidy panel upgraded to 200 amps. They also installed a bathroom fan and new outlet without damaging the original plaster walls and ceilings. The attic is a pain to get into (literally: the access hole is tiny) and Chad gamely got himself up there. The final cost was exactly what was estimated and agreed upon. Every interaction was very professional and I felt like I was in good hands. I'll be calling them for any and all electrical work needed in my home.

Matthew Rousseau did a great job. He was very professional, speedy and knew what he was doing. He was reasonably priced.

1. The estimate provided was detailed and clear. The total for all jobs was supposed to be $385.44. 2. The work installing two motion sensor floodlight fixtures that we provided was done correctly and the fixtures operate well. 3. The incandescent flood lamps were replaced with LED lamps that we provided. The new incandescent lamps that were removed from the fixtures were not returned to us. 4. A return visit was needed to complete the original list of jobs because a part was needed for the front light fixture to repair the broken candelabra fixture. 5. Although we were not charged for the return trip charge, we were charged $40 for the needed part that appears to cost approximately $8.00. 6. The repair was done correctly. 7. The total charged and paid for the completed jobs was $435.44. 8. We were charged $50 more than the estimate.

I was so pleased with the work and electrician. I would not dream of enlisting any other company now. This was not an easy job.

I don't remember what the price was, but it wasn't outrageous. It was a complicated job and the man who came was very industrious.

They did the work while I was at work and left the place clean after they were done.

WOW, they had to snake the supply line wires through an attic and 3 walls - house is over 100 years old with true 2X4 and 2X6 studs and plaster that is crack free. There was ZERO damage and the work was incredibly neat. Not one crack in the plaster! The tech was here promptly at 7:30 and finished at 5:30. I felt so bad with how dirty he got with having to shimmy through the knee walls within attic. He was tireless and determined. When he finished there was not a spot in the house, no plaster dust and no pieces of insulation. The job was better than I imagined. Even put in the thermostat for the baseboard heater.

Great. CW Electrical Services INC did a wonderful job. Would use them again if electrical issue needs work.

CW Electric sent out two competent workers who took care of the unused box and its accompanying wiring, scoped the lines, and thoroughly explained their process to us upon completion.
