CW Electric sent an electrician named Jon to perform the job. . Jon showed up on time at noon as promised. Jon was professional and understanding as my dog continually came up to him and wanted to play with him, he was very good with her. I explained to Jon that the outlets where the washer and dryer were plugged were on the same circuit as the kitchen. This became problematic when the washer, dryer, and a microwave were all running at the same time, as this would be enough to trip the breaker. He installed a separate circuit in the circuit breaker, and then ran new wires across the basement ceiling to connect to two new outlets. The job took about two hours, as expected. Very positive experience.

Jon came to our house on time & was able to diagnose the problem in just a few minutes. He went through everything with my wife & was very professional plus efficient. I would recommend CW Electrical Services & will use them again! We had this issue back in October & I am just posting this again since my first go around did not upload for some reason, I believe as well.

I had two of the BEST electricians and people for this job. Louis and Shawn went above and beyond for this job. They were so friendly, kind and very hard working. They are extremely knowledgeable and experienced in their skill. They were very professional and treated my home with respect and care. That is very hard to find these days and I truly appreciate the work they did as, much as their positive and upbeat attitudes. They are an awesome team! Louis and Shawn were a true pleasure and did an amazing job! We will recommend them to our friends and family. They are really great at what they do and their kindness and helpfulness made this job one of the easiest jobs we have ever had done in our home. They are top notch and I can’t thank them enough!

Correction from previous review-entered the wrong name for the electrician. Wonderful service! Communication over the phone before the job was done was very friendly and professional. Jon K, the electrician who completed the job was very friendly, professional, efficient, and completed the work appropriately. I was very happy with his work and would definitely hire them again.

Jon K arrived on time, covered the floor under the light fixtures and diligently worked on replacing these fixtures. The lighting is soft but much brighter and I'll never have to change a light again. In September 2014 Jon installed a new 150 amp disconnect on exterior by meter base and ran a new 2/0 sub feed to existing panel (approx. 50-60') in the garage and converted existing main panel to a subpanel. He also installed a ground bar kit, separate neutrals. This, too, was an excellent job performance which is why I contacted him for my current job.

It went very well. I am very pleased with the work ethic and professionalism of the service person.

Jon worked extremely efficiently and was able to get eleven different tasks done in a little over two and a half hours.

CW was quick to get back to me and provided an estimate within 3 days of initial inquiry. I was put on schedule and they came out at date/time they said they would. Jon Kemp did and excellent job and was very professional. Would definitely come back to them for any other needs.

We supplied the new fixtures, and Jon K did the work of adding electrical boxes and mounting the new fixtures. Jon was prompt, professional, tidy, and made sure that everything was working before he left. It seemed like a pretty straightforward install with no surprises. The only reason I gave a "B" for the price is that the whole job was completed so quickly. This could just be a Catch-22 situation where the pro makes it look easy because he's a pro. Did I pay too much for something that was easy, or did I pay just the right amount for someone to make it look easy?

He did an amazing job. He explained everything he was going to do and was very kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done perfectly. I needed this done within two days, and they were able to add me on toward the end of their day, the same day that I called. The two young men, Tom and Tyler, were efficient and so very personable, the kind of people you would like to represent your company. Fast service, everything works well, and the price was reasonable. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Project started a few days late but crew came and did all aspects of the project in the most professional way possible. They were extremely courteous and knew when to ask for my input. There was a complication because one of the pieces of equipment was very large. After combined deliberation, we were able to find a solution that looked good and worked. At the end of the job, they left my basement cleaner than when they found it. Would definitely recommend and hire them again.

Met with a field estimator and walked him thru the job. I was promised a quote within a week. When I didn't hear back, I left several messages with the home office, but my phone calls were not return. I can't understand their lack of responsiveness and professional courtesy. Ugh!

I gave them a call and left messages but they did not respond at all. End of July and early August.

They did not show up for the appointment that was scheduled for the morning. I called their office around 1:00 and he said they were running late, but would be there next, no later than 3:00. They did not show up and did not call me. I tried to reach the office at 3:30. No answer. Finally reached them the following week to see what happened. He did not know why the electrician was a no show. Appointment was rescheduled. And he did show up. He needed to schedule another time to come back to replace one bathroom socket. Did not have one with him. After 2 weeks of several phone calls to the company someone did come out and replaced the socket. Once the work was completed, I was satisfied, but the response time and keeping the appointment took a lot of phone calls by me.

They are a little more expensive but they are good at what they did. They told me exactly what it would be, did an estimate, sent someone out, cleaned up, quick, professional and out the door. It took probably 45 minutes. They are as little more expensive but you get what you pay for.

They come in, do their job and clean up. Very friendly, professional, and do the work.
