 + -1 moreHad several contacts with Mr. Cromlish over many months. He understood the nature of the project, made constructive suggestions, and gave a reasonable dollar estimate of the cost. However, no documentation was provided to describe the work or timeline for completion. No contract could be signed. The project was cancelled.
Description of Work: Estimate and proposal for bathroom/powder room addition to the house.
