Description of Work: Corey never came on time, he was always coming half a day sometimes not every day, sometimes not on the days he said. The work took a very long time and the quality of finishing was lousy. I have been trying to get him to redo a porch step and to put screws into the raling that he failed to screw and to redo 4 screws that were in crooked, therefore the railing shakes. He did not nail in some quarter round. the steps are very noticible and everyone has a difficult time walking up or down. He came out in June, 2011 to see what needed to be done, said he would return within a week, and never has come back or called. I am tired of calling him and getting no response. He is not reliable nor is his work top notch. Would never recommend him Demo -remove decking and columns, remove brick piers. Structural work, inspect repair work done to deck previously, replace any damaged wood, install new 6x6 posts and footers. Decking, install new 3" primed Fir tongue and groove decking Posts- install three new composite 10" round colums to match old ones, install composite railing. Stairs, build new closed side steps, stairs to match old rise and run, paint to match. He did this work but was not quality finishing. My porch was 100+ years old. I hope this one lasts as long.
