They are also true Mac people - informative, easy going, very willing to explain the process and breakdown their recommendations, and dedicated to the Mac community. They are not resellers, so there is no pressure to go beyond your own expectations for repair or upgrade. Not only did they respond immediately to my inquiry by phone, they also gave a quote that was dead on for the finished repair and scheduled my repair at the very next opening on MY schedule. The specialist (Dean) arrived on time, spent additional time explaining the options available (without adding to the fee), and preformed the repairs efficiently and quickly with full explanation of the work. He even provided additional review of some sidebar conversations on a few performance issues - and then the main office responded later by email on those potential options and concerns without any pressure...just an open exchange of advice and information. Many of the staff have worked the Apple Store Genius Bar and they have a deep information base to draw from on alternatives. As an independent business based in Mac applications, it is crucial to have equipment in top running order. Time is money. Cranston responded immediately, provided excellent service for a terrific price, and generously provided information and advice on site as well as in followup. Making the most of your technology is vital to small businesses and Cranston understands that fully. My experience was relaxed, enjoyable and educational as well! The repairs are first class. I will definitely rely on them for future service needs and have already recommended them to other associates.
