 + -1 moreThe technician came by in the evening, to accomodate my work schedule. He was punctual, and fixed my the issue within one hour, for the price that was agreed upon prior to the work. It was clearly the end of a long day for the technician, and he seemed a little grumpy and tired. However, his work was very good, and that is the most important issue.
Description of Work: The technician came to my house, and installed a new video card in a desktop computer.

 + -1 moreMr. James completed this work onsite in about four hours. Since that time, he has checked my computer operation every other month, taking about an hour.
Description of Work: Installed refurbished XP Computer, transferred files from old hard drive, set up e-mail service and installed old programs. Is providing bimonthly maintenance on my Computer. He installed net ware for toggling my old and new computers and installed a new printer.
