 + -1 moreThe first guy didn t do it right, but the second guy was ok. We are sorry that they aren t down the street any more. We ll have to find somebody else next time. If they hadn t moved we would have used them again, that s just the way we are. When we find someone we keep using them.
Description of Work: I couldn t get one of the programs that came with the computer to install. I took the computer to them and they didn t fix it properly the first time, so someone came to the house and got it working here. The repair took several hours.

 + -1 moreTECH DEPARTMENT VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. WORKED VERY HARD TO FIX. DID HAVE TO GO BACK THREE TIMES TO GET COMPLETE REPAIR.
