Informative and thorough inspection

Russ from "Complete Pest Control Services" (CPCS) was exactly what I wanted when I discovered this problem in my home. Completely knowledgable and prosesional about this problem. Answered my every question and concern. Explained the the work he would do and recommended to me, to solve my problem. Was completely up front with the total cost of the job. Provided all the details of the 1 year guarantee for the work which included return inspection within that year to assure me he resolved the problem. I recommend his firm 100% and would use him again.

Another great job by Ben. Can't say enough about such a professional, knowledgeable and personable guy! The best! Only one small spider since the fall treatment, a very good result for the number of big wolf spiders we had before. You will never get this kind of treatment from any of the big pest companies.

Current pest control company could not locate specific locations where the critters were entering our home. After researching online, located CPCS and they came out and discovered the entry points which in return were filled for future non-entry. Once a week the owner Russ or his team came out for several weeks to clean up the mess the critters created and placed bait in the appropriate places along with re-checking all former critter entrances. We no longer have critters!

It was a slow process but we caught a few & they closed up a hole.

It went well. No surprises. They capped both chimneys to prevent any returns.

They were thorough and great to work with; cannot remember the exact price but very competitive with other estimates and much better than the large chains. My husband was there with the rep, so cannot recall his name, but he took his time and was genuinely concerned about getting everything right! Highly recommend!

I have been very happy with the work Russ and his team have done for us, since we moved into our house a year ago. Last fall, we found carpenter ants were burrowing through one of the second floor windows (which rotted). A technician (Ben) came out and treated the area around the window, the perimeter of the house and a few other places in our yard. Come spring, we found a few more in the house and were concerned some may have survived, so I gave CPCS another call and a second technician (Andrew) came out and applied a second application. This seemed to take care of them. Though, a couple of weeks later, when doing some yard work, I found more carpenter ants using a large oak tree as a possible highway to the house. I called CPCS again and Russ made a visit the next business day and treated the area. Each technician that has come has been very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I haven't enjoyed the ants, but I have enjoyed dealing with Complete Pest Control Services.

Extremely happy with their service. I was contacted by them no more than 30 minutes after submitting an inquiry on Angie's list and service was scheduled. Russ, the owner, called on the morning of the service and actually said he could arrive EARLIER than scheduled. He arrived right on time and explained everything he was going to do, what to watch out for over the next day or so and went to work. Within 30 mins everything was taken care of. Absolutely will use their services again.

Russ the owner came on a Saturday to do the work. He was on time and very professional. He was able to give an estimate and do the work right away. To be fair, this was my first experience purchasing pest control services so I do not have price comparisons, but his offer seemed reasonable and overall experience was fantastic. He left everything the way he found it before the job, and gave follow up advice on how long to keep pets away from the sprayed areas, general pest avoidance. Would definitely rehire and recommend.

We bought a house that had indications that squirrels, racoons, and/or mice were in the attic at some point. There were two guys that came out to clean out the attic and check for any active issues. I wasn’t there for the process, but stopped by later in the day before they left to get a run-down of how things went. I got a clear picture of exactly what they found (two carcasses, multiple types of animal droppings, the original entry point, and a boatload of walnuts) and what had been done to fix it. Both were able to clearly answer my questions about what steps they had taken to fix the problem, if there would be any in the future, and if there was anything I should do in the future in my attic. They stated that the entire area had been fully disinfected, that there should be no future issues thanks to a gutter and soffit replacement project, and that nearly all of my insulation is useless due to never having been replaced in this some-odd 65-year-old house (this was extremely good to know - thank you!). I would definitely hire again if I have the need!

Took care of the pests. Quick and effective.

We were hearing noise inside the walls in the early morning. My guess was "squirrel," since there was NO activity at night, just in the early morning. (The room in question isn't occupied during the day or early evening.) Russ arrived within the appointment window, conducted an inspection both inside and out. He identified the probable avenue of entrance, an uncapped chimney flue. Since the house is 3 stories, with the chimneys extending higher still, he declined to perform the capping. Complete Pest Control is not equipped for that high a root, with a steep pitch as well. He suggested we contact a roofer about getting the flues capped. He suggested how we should proceed, at no charge.

Ben is coming back in two weeks to seal the areas where he discovered the mouse may have entered and to follow up on the ant treatment. This company treated me and my pets with respect, they did an excellent job, left no debris or any sign that they'd disturbed anything in the house. And they are so knowledgeable that I learned some new things about mice and insects!

We were very happy with the services provided. Russ and another technician came quickly and fully explained how they would deal with our woodpecker problem. They treated the hole in our siding, replaced the insulation and repaired the hole. Unfortunately, the woodpecker returned and pecked another hole. Complete Pest Control Services returned promptly and dealt with the new hole, additionally installing devices to discourage future returns by the woodpecker. This seems to have done the trick as it has been several weeks and the woodpecker has caused no further damage.

Ben Starkey is an extremely competent and thoughtful technician that really knows his stuff! Great to work with and does a very thorough job. Will definitely use again!

Russ was great! He came out on a few occasions after the initial treatment to respray as it was tough getting rid of so many fleas. He was very friendly, professional, and willing to do whatever he could to make the removal successful. We were on his top five list of fleas but they are now gone.

They were professional, neat and explained. They came back out for a second application for no charge.

They were great! He visited twice, once to set the traps and inspect the house, and then a second time to clean the traps and add more. Since that second visit, no mice!

They did an excellent job. After a very few days we were not seeing anymore wasps flying around the porch ceiling. The yellow jackets seem to be gone but the technician told me to watch again next spring and summer although it looked like he removed the yellow jacket nest.

Came withing a couple of days and sprayed the house. Followed up a few days later to see how things were going. Will be back in 3 months for follow up spraying.
