The office was very friendly in setting up the appointment. She had limited knowledge of carpet pads such as thickness but I knew what I wanted (mold resistant/vapor barrier) and she followed up for me the same day. In addition, she called me after the installation to make sure that everything went well. They had a four day back up and were able to give me an exact day and time for the installation. I was called the day before for conformation of the install. The workers showed up on time and worked fast. I had removed everything from the office myself. Tony did my installation with one helper (I'm sure they have other installers.) They used both a knee kick stretcher and a power stretcher along with securing a few tack strips that were lifting. The carpet had stretched slightly due to use, so they had to trim about an inch from one edge. Tony answered all of my questions and was very friendly. The only small negative was that they slightly scratched the baseboard in in spot. The price was very reasonable compared to others that I checked. Prices were all over the board, some were double. I would recommend them again and I'm saving their information for the future. Although the work was just done two days ago, the work appears that it will hold up but, I'll see after months of use.
