They are all wrinkled. They didn’t hook the one hook in to the hole. I would not recommend to anyone.
Description of Work: We bought 4,000 dollars’ worth of drapes. They came out to steam clean them the ones in the living room.

Apparently they don't clean hardwood floors anymore despite what is stated in their commercials and on line. Received return call from them on 07/30/13 where they left a voice mail message setting a start work date of 08/13/13. I returned their call and left a voice mail message confirming the date. Today is the 13th and I have not seen nor heard from them. I really needed my ductwork cleaned but not the basement floor.
