Description of Work: I purchased a big deal furnace tune up. The technician was prompt and did a good job checking and cleaning my furnace. He had a camera and found out that I need to replace my furnace since it is unsafe to use. He adjusted the carbon monoxide levels so that we could run the furnace safely until we replaced it.

Description of Work: Climatech installed new furnace and AC unit for us. Everything went very well. Our AC unit quit working at the end of August when the weather was really hot. They were able to get our new units installed the same week as my call and were even able to get a technician out to get our currect ac unit working until the new one was installed. I would definitely recommend them!

Description of Work: The installers were prompt and very well organized. Work was completed as scheduled. Sales rep very competent and informative. Estimate was very close to the Angie's list price (a little more due to complexity of the installation). Overall, I was extremely pleased with their service and would highly recommend.

Description of Work: The technician came and cleaned and checked my furnace to make sure everything was in working order. He took the filter out and cleaned it, then vacuumed inside real good. He was punctual and professional and friendly. He answered my questions and didn't mind if I watched him work.

 + -1 moreFantastic service! Mr. Bosetti (Residential Manager) responded quickly to the initial call and answered numerous questions. He ran a load calculation and backed the result in the contract. My old furnace had died and he sent installers out quickly. The installers were knowledgeable, efficient and cleaned up afterwards. As an added bonus, all the guys I met were very pleasant.
Description of Work: Installed a Trane 93%, 2-stage, variable speed, 60,000 BTU furnace. Also installed a 2-stage thermostat, termination kit on the fresh air intake/flue and installed a chimney liner around the water heater flue. Work was performed 11/06.

HE STAYED AND MADE SURE IT WORKED AND SHOWED ME HOW TO CHANGE THE FILTERS IN THE BASEMENT. IT WAS A VERY SATISFACTORY EXPERIENCE.
