John produced an incredibly thorough report. The report clearly articulated the major concerns that I would have to address, but also included a tremendous amount of detail regarding the smaller issues that would add up cost wise. The report also included helpful photos so that I could build a strong case during the negotiation period with the seller. John's demeanor during the inspection was extremely professional and he even spent time with me on the phone, as a follow up to the report, talking me through my open questions. John performed a very thorough inspection of the 100-year-old house we were hoping to buy. The detailed report he quickly provided was a great reference regarding the various facets of the property, including the items that needed to be addressed immediately and those that we might choose to address down the road. He was very nice, personable, and most importantly knowledgable. After talking to some friends at work, I found that his inspection was far, far better than what other inspectors did. He pointed out a lot of safety issues that we got addressed and overall made us feel far more comfortable about our purchase since we knew exactly what were buying!

We called the day before and he was able to fit us in the next day. He was on time and had the full report done by the next day for the home and pest inspection. The radon report followed as soon as the 48 hours had past. They are extremely nice, patient, knowledgeable, and thorough.

John took the time to explain what he was looking for in the inspection and was very thorough. He spent 3 plus hours at the house and answered all of our questions. The inspection report was provided the next day, as promised and was nothing short of amazing in terms of its quality and the way he covered all of the areas of concern that we noted during the inspection. His report confirmed our uneasiness about some of the issues at the house and was a major reason that we pulled our offer on the house. Inspector was very 'hands on" He climbed on the roof and did a thorough inspection of the property. He took the time to answer all questions and was very knowledgeable.

John was on-time, professional, friendly, and very thorough. His reports were emailed the next day with many pictures, details on what what wrong, and general recommendation on how to fix problems. We asked a ton of questions during the inspection and John was more than willing to clearly answer each and every one. We never felt like we was asking too many questions or wasting his time. We would use him for other home inspections and have recommended him to our Realtor.

John was a pleasure to work with. He arrived early, was thorough, and took time to explain as we went through the house. He was very good about pointing out all issues he discovered as well as providing perspective on which issues were minor and which more serious. I had John Fleenor from Citywide Home Inspection recommended to me by a prior real estate agent., and while that deal fell through, there was no question about calling him for the new place I was looking into. John is very thorough and methodical about his work. He's very professional and gets along well with everyone which is important when the current homeowner is present and his job is to basically find potential areas of deficiency which could give the buyer grounds to ask for concessions. John gets up on the roof crawls in nooks and crannies, runs the water, heater, A/C and other appliances. The report you get is top notch with pictures and great detail. Very easy to go through and line up the people that you need to get repair estimates.

John examined all structural elements of the house and all issue that potentially could lead to problems. He addressed all our concerns and provided valuable commentary on various issues, such as cracks, roof, water damage, termites, electrical work, etc. etc. It was very educational for us, as first time homebuyers, we learned tremendous amount.

John showed up on time, had a game plan and methodically worked his way around the prospective home I was looking to purchase. There were many areas of concern and he left no stone unturned and did a great job of explaining as he went through everything.. He also provided a very detailed home inspection report with photographs that made it easy to categorize the various specialists that needed to be contacted so you could be tell them exactly the purpose of their trip.

John was very professional and courteous. He arrived earlier than our scheduled appointment for a home inspection, and was already on the roof when I arrived. John introduced himself upon coming down, and gave a concise explanation as to what his services would entail. John reviewed all major functions of their home as well as provided an estimate on the remaining useful life. John answered any questions that I asked to the best of his knowledge, and pointed out items that may be important to a potential homebuyer in addition to the major components of the house. John also provided timely inspection reports at the end of the pest, radon and home inspections. I felt that the 2.5 hours John was there doing the inspection were very thorough and contained his honest feedback. I would recommend John again, and will give him a call if I am in the market to purchase property in the future.
