Description of Work: The garage technician came out promptly to repair our old wooden garage door. The door will need to be replaced, but he was able to get it closed and working for us. We were grateful, as it was a very cold winter. We later spoke with the manager regarding different garage door replacements. He was very helpful providing information and answering our questions. There was no pressure to purchase. Now that spring is arriving, we will definitely contact Citywide regarding a new garage door.

I loved these guys. I was very pleased with my experience. They actually called 30 minutes before they arrived to confirm as they said they would. One guy came out and it took him one hour to do the work. I would recommend them to others.
Description of Work: They replaced a gear sprocket set for me on my garage door and replaced a limit switch.

They were a little difficult to get a hold of but when they did come they did a great job in analyzing the problem and then getting the garage fixed to work properly.

THE GENTLEMAN WAS VERY NICE. HE CAME WITHIN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME AFTER BEING CALLED. HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF WHEN HE WAS DONE REPAIRING THE DOOR.
