Cindy's Cleaning

Cindy arrived at my apartment and we went over in detail the work to be done. The specifics we discussed were to clean the following: the inside of the refrigerator, clean the inside and outside of all cupboards, clean the drip pans on the stove, clean all of the floors, the bathroom and kitchen, clean the vertical blinds and sliding glass door, etc. In short, a very thorough ?move out cleaning?. She seemed very receptive and enthusiastic and agreed to everything and even made suggestions. I asked her for a price and she quoted $60.00. I thought this was low for a thorough move out cleaning but she said that was standard since my apartment was already clean and small. I initially was going to meet her with the key and return when she was finished but I had to go to work and left the key for her along with a check. Unfortunately, the cleaning she performed was extremely poor. She did not clean out the cupboards or the drip pans on the stove. The refrigerator also was not cleaned. There were water marks on the kitchen and bathroom sinks and mirrors. She did not clean the blinds or wipe down the sliding glass door. There also was debris left all over the floors. She did, however, vacuum behind and along the sides of the washer/dryer which was appreciated. She also vacuumed the carpeting which is something I specifically told her was not necessary since the carpeting is going to be replaced. I called her and left a message voicing my displeasure with the cleaning and asked her to return my call so that we could discuss. She never returned my call. Very unprofessional and obviously would never hire her to clean my home.

Cindy came right on time which was nice and she came in and started in my living room and worked her way to each room.She stays three hours and I have to say she got alot done in that time.

Uses her own products and tools. Very professional, punctual, reliable. A whirlwind of activity and thoughtful about what needs to be attended to including packing up stuff if you are having remodeling done. She has a schedule for the house so not everything is done every week but all the basic stuff is done. A stickler for details around the house, like dusting all the ceilings and corners but less so in the kitchen. very cheerful and helpful. sees what needs doing and gets it done. my house is always clean and comfortable. would recommend and i continue to use her services

Cyndi cleaned our home bimonthly for approx 6 months. During that time, she was always very prompt and worked with our schedule over holidays, vacations, special events, etc. While there were times that I felt she spent too much time on unnecessary things instead of an overall clean, (For example, she would make an unmade bed but leave streaks when cleaning the microwave or stove top.. for us, a bed was easy to make, cleaning a stove was a project to me) she did do a GOOD JOB. She was really good about using her own products and using safe cleaning products for our baby. She does her own jobs, you will not have to worry about not knowing who is coming to do the job that day.

Did a nice job and did extra things. Very prompt and punctual but sacrificed overall cleaning to do specific jobs. Price is per week.

She came regularly every 2 weeks from October to June. I'm moving, otherwise I'd have her keep coming.

Although she did a great job on the "projects", the curtains were cleaner than I had ever seen, the walls were very clean, she didn't take the care I thought she should have taken. I found a soap dish broken, which was not a big deal, but I found my camera bag, with my expensive equipment inside, upside down on the chair where I store it. It could have been a potentially expensive accident. Whirlwind would be a good way to describe how she went throughout he house. It gets the job done in good time, but it has the potential for damage, and overlooking tasks. As a result, these "projects" were done at the expense of neglecting some of the regular tasks. I found areas that were not dusted or cleaned as a regular maintenance process. She was the highest priced housecleaner than I have ever had, so I expected as good a job, if not better than her predecessors.

CINDY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HER FIRST VISIT IS TO REVIEW YOUR CLEANING NEEDS AND SPECIAL REQUESTS. SHE ARRIVED FOR THE 1ST CLEANING PROMPTLY AND WORKED NON-STOP UNTIL FINISHED. SHE IS THE FIRST CLEANER I'VE HAD THAT MAKES AN EFFORT TO PUT THINGS BACK WHERE THEY BELONG. SHE IS VERY THOROUGH AND DOES ADDITIONAL WORK AS NEEDED. SHE TOOK DOWN MY HALLWAY BLIND AND SCRUBBED THEM WITH A TOOTHBRUSH IN THE TUB. I DID NOT INCLUDE THIS IN MY REQUESTS. SHE DID THIS ON HER OWN. THE BLIND IS NOW LIKE NEW. ONE VISIT SHE'LL DO LAMPSHADES, THE NEXT, CEILING FANS. SHE IS WORTH EVERY PENNY. THE HOUSE LOOKS NEAT AND CLEAN BUT DOESN'T SMELL LIKE DISINFECTANT. SHE USES HER OWN SUPPLIES BUT MAKES SURE YOU APPROVE OF HER CLEANERS.
