 + -1 moreRose returned my call and our awning was hung perfectly within just a few days. I was not able to be there at the time - so just left the awning in our deck box and they did the rest. Great job by guys who know what they are doing. Great price as well.

 + -1 moreIt didn't go at all. To begin, they were very difficult to contact, which I found strange as it was counter to our original business dealing with them. Out of frustration, I went to the shop and found the workplace in deplorable condition, as if they were out of business. In speaking with Rose, I was convinced that this was not the same person and company that we had originally done business. Something had gone terribly wrong. Needless to say, we weren't able to do business again but wondered what had happened to the company since we last done business.
Description of Work: I was looking to replace my old awnings, which by the way were initially installed by Christman.

 + -1 moreAWFUL. Every year we leave multiple messages and get no response when we want our awning to be put up and it is the same drill in the fall. It is ridiculous that they can't even return a phone call. Next year we'll be using someone else.
Description of Work: The previous homeowners used Christman to install their awning and we have used them for the last two years to install/remove our awning each year.

 + -1 moreWas unable to get in touch with them after many attempts to call them. Office was always closed. Spoke with a man named Frank and he said a woman by the name of Rose would call me back and they never did. No work was done. Very unprofessional.

 + -1 moreWe got several estimates for our awnings and chose Christman Awning Company. We left a message on their machine and they called back quickly and we set up an appointment. A service man came to measure the replacement awnings within a few days. We were told the finished awning would be done in four weeks and they were. Rose, the owner returned my calls whenever I had a question. The awnings look great.
Description of Work: Christman's replaced 2 extension awnings and a drop awning. In addition they replaced all hardware and arms.

 + -1 moreTHIS MADE THE APPEARANCE LOOK TEN TIMES BETTER THAN BEFORE. THE PRICE WAS FOR A TWENTY BY SIXTEEN WITH THREE DROPS, TAXES AND ALL. I CALLED BEFORE THE SEASON STARTED TO GET BETTER PRICING AND IMMEDIATE SERVICE.
