+ -1 moreHorrible. The initial order was wrong from the supplier. Our kitchen was torn up while we waited and waited for the replacement. Once the install was complete, the finish that the supplier sent with the order did not apply evenly and the floor had a streaky appearance. The supplier sent a new finish to apply over the old and it simply made matters worse. Ceramiche made a half hearted attempt to resolve this with Globus Cork, the manufacturer of the flooring. Globus sent Ceramiche a two line letter saying it wasn't their problem. Ceramiche offered to supply some polish to try and fix the problem if I supply the labor - big deal. They got their money and we're stuck with a lousy floor.

+ -1 moreWe took samples of our new countertop and ceramic floor to the sales representative at Ceramiche. She helped us choose the best ceramic tile and accent pieces. She was very patient with us because it took a couple of visits before we actually decided on the order. Once we ordered the ceramic tile and glass pieces for our back splash they called us when they arrived. We used our own contractor to install the back splash. It looks beautiful! We were very pleased with the results.
Description of Work: We were remodeling our kitchen and needed the finishing touch, our back splash! We passed Ceramiche Tile & Stone, Inc. many times but had no idea that this little establishment was so fantastic! This business is nestled in the West End area and really delivers wonderful results. My husband worked with a sales representative to design the very best back splash for our kitchen.

She helped me find tile that was period appropriate to the house but used her creativity to come up with a colorful and cost effective solution. She spent multiple visits with me and revised the plans multiple times until we got it right. I was very pleased with the product and service! Her enthusiasm for tile was contagious.
Description of Work: They provided me with custom tile for my fireplace surround.

She helped me identify the types of tile that I would need, kept me informed with respect to probable delivery times, and things arrived when (or before) she said they would. Overall, it was the perfect "call a tile company with a rush order" customer experience.
Description of Work: Needed special-order ceramic tile in a hurry (because of a miscommunication between me and the contractor) for a bathroom remodeling. The company managed to get the tile in less than one week, before my deadline.
