We had a good experience with them. They came out for an estimate and then came out a week later and removed everything in 1 day. Nicely cleaned up; no hassle.

Frank came out and looked at some suspected asbestos wrapping on ducts. He said it probably was asbestos, but, since it was in the basement, on the outside of the ducts, and not in terrible condition, it was safe to leave up unless I was having work done in that area. He said there was no need for me to send any money to encapsulate it at this point. I appreciated his honesty.

Very easy to deal with, timely response in arranging appointment. No hassle, the home inspector "thought" it was asbestos and there were pictures in our report which we emailed to them and they were able to say that it did look like it was asbestos. They came promptly, and took care of the job efficiently giving me all the paperwork I would ever need in the future as evidence of having the work completed and of having the material appropriately disposed of. I have already recommended them to our realtor in the event she have other customers that need this service.

Frank came out a few days after I initially contacted them, and provided a professional estimate. He worked with me on scheduling, and his two man team was in and out in about 2 hours. They left the basement as clean as they found it, and even gave me a hand re-installing a piece of ductwork they had to remove to clear off the asbestos. I couldn't find any other area asbestos people to give comparing quotes, so I'll only give a "B" on price, but everything else was A+

The work was done in just a few hours and Carl cleaned up the areas around where he worked (including the tops of the ceiling fans!). The price was fair and we even had a small discount for doing some of the needed prep work (had to remove the wall studs before removing the tiles). After everything was complete, we received a package with copies of certifications and disposal confirmations for our records. It took a few tries to get a call returned initially, but once we had communication established everything went great.

Frank and his crew of two were very professional and finished the work in a morning. The only negative I have, (which is totally my fault) because I missed it in the quote) is that I'm now left with a layer of black mastic on the floor of my basement that contains asbestos. The fact that the price quoted did not include mastic removal was clear on the quote but something that I missed.

I believe they were very good. They were very professional and did things technically correctly. They were not giving any long stories and sales talk which they could not back up. I asked them for another proposal and they did not even give me a proposal. It was a much bigger scope of work and they were either not interested or did not have the capability.

Needed to replace my kitchen floor which was covered with two layers of tile. Had tile tested and discovered the bottom layer was asbestos tile. Called Frank and he agreed to come to my house in a couple of days to measure floor and provide an estimate. Frank provided an estimate via email the next day. Price looked OK to me so we scheduled the removal for June 3. The guys arrived at about 9:00 am; sealed off the room and went right to work. Job was completed by early afternoon with everything cleaned up nicely. Good work, good price, timely response.

I wasn't at home when they were there--my wife was. They finished it up in a few hours and were on their way. Couldn't ask for much different, really. Everything went really well. I wasn't super thrilled with the price, but it was lower than the quotes I got from other companies, so I can't really complain.

I purchased a house and discovered shortly thereafter some asbestos issues. In talking with Frank, the owner, he advised me as to which were worth some concern and which would be fine if left undisturbed. It was good to get advice from someone who deals with asbestos issues on a daily basis. The actual removal was quick and went smoothly. Frank is a professional, and he is conscientious about returning calls and scheduling. I appreciated this, and it definitely influenced my choice of who I hired.

Frank Lipchak and his crew were totally professional. They arrived on time, set up their equipment and efficiently removed the tile in record time. He made sure that every fragment of tile was removed and that I was thoroughly pleased with the job. He rearranged his schedule to be sure that my job was finished before he began an industrial job that might take a month. This was the best contractor we have worked with to date. Carl should expand his service offerings so we can hire him to do more work!!! Carl came to our house to assess the situation. He answered questions and explained everything thoroughly. He gave us a very reasonable estimate and was always super responsive with email and phone calls. I highly recommend Carl Frank Industries. Frank was great to deal with. Firstly, he apologized when it took him about 18 hours to return my initial call. Showed up on time and produced a very fair bid in about 24 hours. We were able to quickly schedule the work even though it was a small job. Frank and Gary showed up on time were very neat and fast. I was very pleased with the quality of their work and would recommend.

Frank came to my house to quote the removal of approximately 600 square feet of floor tile. He suggested I have the tiles tested prior to removal to confirm that they actually contained asbestos. After lab tests confirmed the asbestos content, we scheduled a day for his team to perform the removal. The removal was completed in a few hours and all work was performed as promised.
