 + -1 moreMr. Diperna came out quickly enough to give us an estimate, but stood us up three times on actually coming out to do the work. He never called to say he wouldn't be coming, just didn't show up. He was even told that we needed it done by a certain date since my mother was going into the hospital for surgery. He assured us it would be done, but still--no call, no show.
Description of Work: Contacted Mr. Diperna to do a spring cleanup.

Description of Work: Carl provided services to us for several years. Although his primary service was mowing the lawn and trimming, we had on occasion hired him to mulch gardens, trim etc. This year I hired a new local person to work on the mulch for our front gardens and address some issues with the health of our older shrubs. Carl and his crew were in the neighborhood for the standard lawn service. The people working on the shrubs, cleared their tools so that he could proceed with the scheduled service. Carl "skipped" the lawn service leaving us with a very long lawn on a holiday weekend. No phone call was received. Messages were left and I did talk to him today. He "assumed" he was fired since someone else was working on our property. At no point in this business relationship did we ever agree to an "exclusive" service arrangement. He said he was no longer interested in our business. Carl's crew does wonderful work and they wil be missed. I will not miss the attitude of the owner who felt he "owned" us. All this could have been avoided if had called to express concern, ask questions or knock on the door to talk to me!. I never knew I had to have his permission to have work done on my property. The report asked for a dollar amt. The amount quoted was the monthly amount for lawn service.

 + -1 moreHe did a very good job. He was wonderful. I found his price a little high. His quality of work was very good. I would use him again in the future.
