Camella installed carpet in two bedrooms for us. The process of selection was really easy and installation went great. The guys were very professional and conscientious. We will definitely consider Camella when it's time to carpet our living room and I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for quality product and work at a reasonable price.

The consultation was easy, they came right to my home and presented me with options and pricing. There was no pressure or annoying sales tactics. The installation team worked fast, installed our carpet well, and were friendly and courteous. I had a few notes at the end and they quickly fixed any concerns. I am very impressed with the ending result and quality of the carpet. I would recommend them to anyone and use them again.

Work done by this company was amazing! It was a pretty big and complicated job. many corners and curves but they made everything fit perfectly. They worked fast but worked hard. I was very impressed with ending result and quality in these wood floors.

Scott initially impressed by calling once he received the request. However, he wasn't available to give me an estimate in a timely manner. When I attempted to contact him by phone twice, his voice mail box was full. I resorted to email, to which he responded by making an appointment with me for a few days out. I thought we had a firm 1 pm appointment for the estimate; however, he was a no-show and at 5 pm I decided he just wasn't coming. I wasted four hours waiting for him to arrive. I emailed him and asked if I had the day/time correct to which he responded that he had either neglected to read my confirmation email or had accidentally deleted it. He made no effort to make another appointment, so I guess he just doesn't need the business. Very disappointed! I seriously need this project completed!
