We were very pleased with the overall experience—the issue was assessed quickly and accurately and the plumber, Jake, was friendly, professional, and happy to explain things along the way as well as answer any questions. The only drawback was cost (to be expected, I suppose) and the fact that they don’t do drywall repair following the job (which we were told ahead of time but is still a little disappointing).

Fabulous customer service. They were honest and did a great job cleaning our furnace blower. (Pets!) Such a warm serviceman as well.great followup after the job was done.

My husband and I had CALFO Home Services come out to our home about two weeks ago to replace our copper piping that is attached to our gas line for our dryer. They replaced it with the safer piping and went on their way. A few days later, I smelled gas in the basement, so we immediately called Peopleâ s Gas to have them come out and check everything. Turns out, the technician that replaced the piping didnâ t tighten it nearly enough. It was so loose, in fact, that the gas company technician was able to unscrew it with his bare hands, where normally youâ d need a pipe wrench to do so. I was horrified. After knew everything was fixed by the gas company technician, we called CALFO and explained what had happened. The manager apologized and told us that heâ d send us a gift card. We figured that this was going to be towards our next job, like he was trying to keep us as customers, since weâ ve spent over $7,000 with this company in the past. Well, we received said gift card this morning and it was a $25 gift card to Outback Steakhouse! So, basically, the manager over at CALFO Home Services is telling me that the lives of myself, my husband, my two year old and my 7 month old are worth a $25 meal. Itâ s infuriating and disgusting business practice. Theyâ re trying to sweep it under the rug. The owner and my husband have been going back and forth and the owner is now trying to get me to remove my negative reviews as â incentiveâ to get our money back. Dirty, greedy, disgusting business and owner!

Very fast turnaround time. Contacted very quickly after the initial request.

They responded the same day and they quickly found and solved the problem, then checked the entire system to be sure it was all working properly.

They responded right away with an appointment for the same day. Mike called ahead and arrived promptly. He was able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem and also checked the whole system for likely failure points.

Calfo sent out a plumber the day I called. DeShaun Robinson was very professional, easy to work with, and did a great job. The only negative was the price. Over $400 to replace a delta cartridge in a leaky bathtub faucet. Since hopefully this is a one time repair, we went ahead with the project.

Plumber was thorough in his examination and diagnosis, though he could not fix the problem. Provided a referral who could! Referred company offered a low-cost fix and is available to do remaining patch up because plumber did have to cut through ceiling to examine drip source.

Calfo sent out a plumber the day after I called. He was at the house early in the morning, did the repair/replacement job in under an hour. The price was right. Weâ re happy w/ it. Props to LeShaun Robinson. He did a great job.
