Calfo Plumbing responded to my request within a minute and we set an appointment time for the same day. Their technician Jacob arrived early for the appointment. I work nights and was asleep when he called saying he was at my house. I explained I just woke up and he waited patiently a couple minutes while I go dressed to let him in. He fixed the clogged bathtub within 30 minutes. He cleaned up and was ready leave all within 45 minutes. He was very professional during the appointment and explained all my options as far as clearing the clog to payment options. Very satisfied with Calfo Plumbing and I will use them again.

They are a great company to use. Very prompt service, friendly, courteous, efficient. They called me the day that I submitted my request and set up a time. I was informed about when they were going to arrive. The technicians were very friendly and informative. The job was done quickly and efficiently. The office people were also very good and helpful. I will use and recommend them in the future.

Two projects were completed by 2 different repairmen and both did an excellent job. Gas furnace repaired and kitchen faucet replaced with necessary plumbing equipment. Workmen were on time both days, professional, courteous, respectful and answered and explained all questions I asked. I will use company services again

We had CALFO at our home to replace our copper piping that is attached to our gas line for our dryer. They replaced it with the safer piping and went on their way. A few days later, I smelled gas in the basement, so we immediately called the gas company to check it out. Turns out, the tech that replaced the piping didnâ t tighten it nearly enough. It was so loose, in fact, that the gas company tech was able to unscrew it with his bare hands, where normally youâ d need a pipe wrench to do so. I was horrified. When it was fixed by the gas company technician, we called CALFO and explained what had happened. The manager apologized and told us that heâ d send us a gift card. We figured that this was going to be towards our next job, like he was trying to keep us as customers, since weâ ve spent over $7,000 with this company in the past. Well, we received said gift card this morning and it was a $25 gift card to Outback! So, basically, the manager over at CALFO is telling me that the lives of myself, my husband, my two year old and my baby are worth a $25 meal. Itâ s infuriating and disgusting business practice. Theyâ re trying to sweep it under the rug. At this point, we donâ t even want money. We want it to be made public and the people of Pittsburgh should know that this is how this company handles mistakes that they made for people who have spent thousands of dollars with their company. I told her the entire story and the manager still has not called us back. He has no value of our lives whatsoeverâ ¦.well, I guess he has $25 worth of value for our lives! The owner isnâ t allowing a refund unless we take now all of our negative reviews! Also, he has blamed his customer service staff and not taken any responsibility for any of this! This is the kind of man he is! We have a BBB case with him, in which he tried to say we â had no proofâ , then we sent him the proof from the gas company and he blocked our phone numbers.

Plumber was competent and had no problem replacing the gaskets in all of my faucets. In addition, he installed my bidet and it works very well.

Technician explained everything. Plumbing is expensive, in general, and I think prices were competitive.

They charged me $800 to replace a faucet and asked me to join their HVAC club membership and really pushed it saying it would only be $4.00 more. This was terrible value. Unfortunately I was not home to laugh them out of my home and my wife hired them because she did not know any better. Remove them from your trusted contractor list immediately.
