I work for a property management company and we had a tenant that said her furnace wasn't working (it was freezing outside) and all of my "go-to" HVAC people were unable to get there. So I called Calfo and they rushed someone out there pretty much immediately. As it turned out, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the furnace -- just the tenant. But the technician (whose name escapes me) was very professional in dealing with the tenant and only charged us for the call. I will definitely use this company again.

They were very prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their prices seemed reasonable and they really bent over backwards to install my furnace as quickly as possible, I would use them again.

I worked with a lot of the team for a month between finding the issue, to jackhammering and replacing our entire sewer/drainage system clear to yard. They come during work hours, respond immediately, always a human on the phone. Great company.

Quick and efficient.

Everyone is very professional from the scheduling person to both technicians. The job was to install a water hookup for a washer, a vent for the dryer, and an electrical outlet for both washer and dryer. They were respectful of the house. Ricci and Seth were thorough and explained all that they did. We liked the whole experience so much we enrolled in Calfoâ s maintenance plan. I will recommend them.

Both the technician and receptionist that I worked with were very friendly and responsive. Ryan was very professional and was in and out of my house in no time. Though I am happy with the result, the price was very high for the scope of work performed. I'd recommend hiring an independent plumber or handyman for smaller jobs that are not emergencies.

I paid $800 (2/3 of my fixed monthly income) for a service that did not get resolved. There were roots in the pipe, so I still cannot take a shower or flush or do dishes. Very, very disappointed that I am out so much money for no resolution.
