Description of Work: I called and talked with Mr Jones to set appointment. I was told he didn't have his appointment book with him and he would call me back. He did not! I tried many times to get in touch with him but after the first call I never spoken to him again. I left message after message and nothing. We are now moving away from Cranberry Twp to GA so I see no other solution.

Description of Work: I ordered the Big Deal which was 4 hours of plaster repair for $99 from Chris Jones Painting. I had 2-3 ceilings with small cracks from a leaky roof during the bad storm of Feb 2011, and one long crack in another room. The deal was good for a year, expiring Mar, 2012. (a note was added to the coupon from "Angie" saying The Deal was very popular, filled up fast and due to the volume, work may be delayed). Due to an unexpected surgery, I had to delay the work; I called for an appt and although already expired, they said they would still honor the Big Deal-however,I never heard from them. At "Angie's"advice, I emailed them last month, hoping they would still do the work. I did not get a response, so am getting a refund, and now have to search for a plasterer as the long crack has gotten wider and longer!

Description of Work: I called Chris and he was very good in getting back to me quickly and came out the next day to measure. That's where it ended. He told me he would contact me with an estimate. That was two months ago. I definitely would've considered him for the job based on his quick response to my initial phone call.

Description of Work: Chris did a great job. He made several trips to my house to do some drywall and plaster work. It ended up being more involved and more time consuming than he had originally thought it would be, but he didn't charge any extra. The work was done very well. Chris and his worker were very professional and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves.

Description of Work: Repaired a 20x20 hole in wall leading into basement by fitting a new piece of drywall covering the hoe in wall. then mudded the patch after then he sanded the wall. Turned out very nice, I would use him again.Very nice man.

 + -1 moreWe were extremely satisfied with the quality of his work and he is coming back in a few weeks to do some additional rooms. Chris is a professional and a pleasant person. He is extremely neat with his work and takes great pains to ensure he and the crew clean up every day after work. His team does not rush through the job. He replies to emails by end of the business day at the latest. He called me and met me as scheduled for the estimate. He is also insured. Some of the additional work was after the initial estimate and he gave a clear price and got our concurrence before proceeding. He strives to work with you and makes sure you are satisfied with the job and sets a high standard for himself. The actual cost of the paint was apart from above cost. He left around a quart of the different paints clearly marked to be used for touch ups
Description of Work: Remove wall paper/Prepare walls & Ceiling/1 coat primer + 2 coats finish - 2 bedrooms /Foyer/Hallway/Basement/Bathroom. Finish Paint 2 coats walls and ceiling(kitchen/living). Remove curtains where necessary and Clear Polyurethane on Windows/crown molding/doors/baseboards etc. Did some dry wall repair where required.

Description of Work: I originally contacted Chris to paint my house. He painted the entire house. The quality of his work was excellent. He cleaned up every day. He was Meticulous. After painting I then contracted him to tear up my carpeting and install flooring. Once again the same result. Detail oriented. Keeps you informed. Does what he says he is going to do.
