Excellent in all respects, as usual. The total cost of $428 in the latest invoice was made up of the following: lawn mowing 4 separate times in early spring @ $32 each time, plus a visit on 6/15/18 for all of lawn mowing, hedge trimming (5 hedges), and repair of a downspout (including supply of a needed drain joint) at $300. I've been using this company for many years; they have always done lawn and yard care, and have fixed roof leaks, laid an underground drain pie, repaired downspouts, cleared gutters of leaves in the Fall. Bill has a way of hiring really good workers (especially Rich, who's been with him for years). This company is so reliable it should get your super service listing!

He came with an assistant, got to work immediately, offered to remove some leaves from the lawn before aerating, but I declined. They did a great job and were very personable, even sat with the neighbor and myself after the job was done. One small problem - it started out as a cool day, but warmed quickly. One of them removed a blue hooded sweatshirt and left it behind ! Please inform.

They did a good job and I was satisfied with their work.

Went very well. Bill called periodically with updates when he would be able to perform our service. He was very friendly and professional. Came out yesterday and aerated lawn as we requested.

Bill called me twice: first about a couple of days after I purchased his service from the Angie'ss List Deals to set the appointment, and second a day before the appointment date to confirm service. The service itself was perfect as promised. So, I wish all contractors from Angie's Lists could be like him. -Will

I had mentioned to Bill that there was a wet area of wall inside my garage. Some time later, while working outside in the rain he noticed that a downspout was out of alignment and that the french drain seemed to be blocked - the cause of the wet garage wall. He alerted me to this. We scheduled the repair and he came as planned. The price of $650 was reasonable. $150 was for materials and $500 for labor - Bill and two of his employees spent a whole afternoon on the job - digging up the old drain and placing the new one.

Bill has been taking care of our yard for the past two years and it has never looked so good. Last year Bill came as scheduled to give me a price for regular mowing and an estimate for mulch and several additional items such as reseeding bare spots in the yard and removing dead tree branches. He told me that he would not cut back a bush as I requested because he did not think it would be good for the bush. I liked his honesty and asked him to do the work. I was so happy with the results which included edging that I had not expected. This year a family member was available to apply mulch and while he did a good job it did not look as professional as Bill's work. Bill does not cut when the grass does not need to be cut which keeps his services affordable. I can't describe what a relief it is to pull into the driveway after a long day at work and see that Bill has taken care of all of the yard work.

He arrived on schedule-seven hours. (I was not on site while work was being done). I returned and paid him $1,240.00. Ten days later weeds were back so I examined the mulch. He didn't use as much mulch as he should have; only an inch. I placed a call to him and he did return. I mentioned that he forgot to trim the tree that I asked; he said it wouldn't look right; I believe that is my decision. I pointed out my neighbor across the street and next door neighbor; both of whom had mulch applied and neither yard has weeds. His reply was "Do you want me to weed for you?" That caused me to end the conversation. Work definitely not worth $1,240.00!

Services performed as requested less than 1 week after initial phone contact. Also went above request by removing some leaves.

I've been using this company for a year. They are reliable and efficient. Though not cheap, they are also not too expensive. Their work is really excellent. I hired them after observing how they worked on the yard of my neighbor across the street. Now my next door neighbor is using the company too - after seeing how they worked across the street and at my house. The owner, Bill Watterson, is pleasant to deal with. They mail me an invoice each month. During the winter, they also do snow removal.
