+ -1 moreShows up on time, is professional and an all around good guy. When he retires I think I will have to as I would not easily trust any other inspector. I was originally referred to him by a real estate agent whose husband was an architect. She knows him through her husband. I have been using him since 1993.
Description of Work: I own several rental properties and I use Jerry all of the time. Last year alone I had him inspect 6 properties before I purchased them. He is the best and has been around for over 20 years. I believe he is a structural engineer as well as an electrical engineer. He really knows his business and I highly recommend him. He inspects all aspects of the house as well as the time you can expect to get before replacements. He educates you as well as makes recommendations for servicing and repairs.

Not only did he take his time and took 2 hours for the whole inspection, he was also pointedly interested in inspecting anything (including common areas) that would in any way affect the condo. Very thorough and explains everything clearly. Was also very helpful in answering questions I had a few days after the inspection.

+ -1 moreJERRY PERFORMED A HOME INSPECTION FOR ME, FOCUSING ON STRUCTURAL PROBLEMS. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL, THOROUGH, AND VERY ACCOMMODATING. THE INSPECTIONS REASSURED US THAT THE HOUSE WAS WELL-BUILT AND WELL-MAINTAINED, ALTHOUGH HE IDENTIFIED A FEW THINGS THAT HELPED US IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE SELLER.
