Shawn was very flexible, and worked very well with me throughout the process. We had a great experience working with Shawn and Builders plus. Shawn has a great eye for renovations. His attention to detail, familiarity with historic features, and experience on the job provides for professional, aesthetic and expert job work. Not only did he secure the down spout, Shawn re-framed its enclosure, retiled the floor, smoothed the plaster walls, installed new washer dryer connections, painted the existing cabinets. and created an aesthetic threshold to the adjoining room. He made sure the entire job fit into the rest of the house and took consideration to paint the exterior door, and other items above and beyond.

Additionally, the tudor facade had pulled away from the house. Shawn had no problem restoring the house to its historic beautify. Shawn's crew is professional, clean, skilled, and punctual.

While other contractors were not confident they could stop the leak without reframing the roof on the mudroom, with estimates of up to $18,000, Shawn did not hesitate with his solution. Not only did Builders Plus effectively and efficiently secure the down-spout, Shawn re-finished the downspout enclosure in the mudroom, smoothed the plaster walls, tile the floor, install new washer/dryer connections, paint old cabinets, and otherwise create a professional and aesthetic finish to the room.
