BUG EYED PEST & WARRANTY SERVICES

We were selling our house and the buyer's inspection report noted that we had carpenter ants outside and we needed to treat for them prior to our closing. Our realtor recommended this company as having the best prices for treatment. Of course I was a bit leery of my realtor's recommendation and called other pest companies for estimates. Bug Eyed was by far the cheapest (about one half the price of the other estimates). I paid for service over the phone with a credit card so I did not have to be home during the treatment. Also, I opted for them to just spray outside (spraying inside as well would have been the same price). When I arrived home the invoice and details of the treatment were left in my mailbox. The treatment also includes a 90 day warranty so I presented a copy of the invoice to the buyer at closing. I was very pleased with the experience.

THESE GUYS EARNED AN "HONORABLE MENTION" FOR THEIR HARD WORK, AND PROMPT RESPONSE FOR A QUOTE AND SCHEDULING. I WOULD ASK THEM AGAIN FOR ANOTHER QUOTE OR FOR AN INSPECTION. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KIND ON THE PHONE. THEY SHOULD BE ON YOUR SHORT LIST.

MICHAEL AND HIS ASSISTANT WERE VERY PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO WORK WITH. I WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE INSPECTION WITHIN 48 HOURS OF CALLING. MICHAEL GAVE ME MANY HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS FOR AVOIDING WOOD DESTROYING INSECT INFESTATIONS AND HOW TO DETECT THEM IN YOUR OWN HOME. A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH THEM!
