Description of Work: I called this plumbing company because my tenant was complaining about the slow drain. The plumber came and did not do anything except he was flrting with my tenant most of the time. Also the plumber told my tenant to take photos of slow drainage and show them to the lawyer and take it to the court. That shows this plumber performed a very poor job or did nothing to clear the pipe. I do not even know whether the plumber brought a 6' snake to open the drain pipe. The plumber called a week later and he said he would have to open up the pipe from the ground floor to resolve the situation and it will cost $4500. I said I could not do that because the monthly rent is only $600. He billed me for the job he did not do anything for $276. It costs about $99 to open up any kind of slow drain problems around here. THE PLUMBER WAS VERY EXPENSIVE & TRIED TO RIP ME OFF AND HIS PERFORMANCE WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
