Description of Work: Called Brubach plumbing as we had need of a plumber for a leak in a pipe in our basement. Talked to a young lady in the office who was very nice and said that she would have Rob call us back. He did that same day and spoke with my wife. He said that he was tied up the week that we called, but he would call us the following week to set up a date and time to come to our home. Never called back. I called the office again, talked to the same lady told her Rob never called us back. Her response was "he has been very busy". I told her to forget it and that I would find someone else.

Description of Work: my faucet on my tub was leaking he fixed it in about 15 to 20 min, and he was very courteous and very nice did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber and I would definitely hire again.

Description of Work: I did not like his attitude. Also, when installing the new faucet, he did not put the stickers on to indicate hot and cold sides. He also wanted to get more money out of us for an overpriced faucet.

Description of Work: Called business to repair a disposable and sink. Was told they would be there in 5days but never showed up. When I called he said he was running behind and asked me to wait another three days but never showed up or called. Would not use or recommend.

Description of Work: Mr. Brubach came out to my home to give me an estimate on some plumbing work that I needed done. We went over the various problems with the plumbing. I am not sure if I will be having the work done or not. He was on time and very courteous. If I do decide to have the work done I will call him back.

 + -1 moreTook all day to take care of problem but explained everything that he was doing to me. They did an excellent job and were on time.
Description of Work: Put in water heater and also had some leaking from the kitchen sink to the basement due to the freezing weather so the pipes froze and created big icicles.

 + -1 moreRob was on time and called to come early. He put a snake down the toilet and was very careful not to damage the bowl. Also checked the water in tank and made sure that the obstruction was gone by testing it to make sure it would flushed and the water didn't drain slow. I would have them do other work for me if needed. The price was reasonable by todays standards.
Description of Work: Cleared obstruction from second floor toilet. Also install a clip on overflow.

water heater repair
 + -1 moreRob called the day before to confirm the appointment, and called in the morning to give me an estimate of when he would arrive. He installed the hot water heater by himself (going down a flight of stairs from our kitchen to our basement). He did this work efficiently and communicated any needs throughout the time he was here. The final price was $75 higher than his original estimate.
Description of Work: Replacement of hot water heater (removal of old hot water heater) in basement (no walk out).

 + -1 moreOverall company rates well, both in the work performed and customer service. Phone calls were returned promptly and the plumber, Rob, took great care when installing the new unit. He cleaned up nicely and even took the old shower stall with him. The new unit is working well. The only negative to report would be that the the actual cost was about $90.00 more than the estimate when you factor in that we were supposed to save $40.00 by picking up the new shower stall ourselves.
Description of Work: Replaced rusting steel shower stall in basement with comparable fiberglass unit. Work included removal of old shower stall and base; setting new base; assembling new unit and installing it; and running new copper pipes\fittings and installing new cold\hot cut-off valves to the shower.

 + -1 moreNot only did they fix the plumbing in a day, but they also arranged to have a separate plaster contractor fix the hole in the downstairs bedroom that was cut to properly run the plumbing. The specs were put back up to code as well. They were efficient and stuck with their original price, which included the plaster work.
Description of Work: We added a bathroom to the 3rd floor of our home. The toilet's plumbing in this bathroom was improperly installed (flowed upward instead of downward) by a previous contractor, and violated code regulations. To fix this problem, the ''T'' was lowered by cutting through a 2nd floor bedroom wall, the elbow was changed, and the pipes were re-connected to flow downward.

 + -1 moreROB CALLED BACK THE SAME DAY. HE CAME THE NEXT DAY ON TIME. VERY FRIENDLY AND GOT THE JOB DONE. I FELT VERY SATISFIED, AND HE WAS HONEST, BECAUSE HE COULD HAVE EASILY TOLD ME TO REPLACE MY ENTIRE KITCHEN SINK.
Description of Work: I THOUGHT I HAD TO REPLACE A STOP-VALVE UNDER MY SINK. ROB CAME AND IT WASN'T THE STOP-VALVE, IT WAS ALL MY HOSES UNDER MY SINK. HE REPLACED BOTH WARM AND COLD HOSES, PLUS TOOK OUT THE LEAKY SPRAYER HOSE AND STOPPED IT.

Description of Work: REPLACED A TUB AND SHOWER FAUCET, ALSO A BATHROOM SINK FAUCET. HE RAN INTO A ROTTED PIPE WHEN HE REPLACED THE SINK FAUCET AND REPAIRED IT ALSO. ALSO PUT IN TWO TURN OFF VALVES THAT THE ORIGINAL PLUMBER HADN'T INSTALLED. I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN FOR ANY PLUMBING PROBLEMS. I FEEL THE AMOUNT CHARGED WAS VERY FAIR HE WORKED 6 HOURS AND THE LABOR WAS 390.00. I HAVE PAID MUCH MORE WITH OTHER PLUMBERS.
